I read his cunning new plan today.

To be such a wrecking ball in the legal workings of the EU that the Council of Ministers will reject a further extension.

How to win friends and influence people, eh?

LOL, Boris leaves a trail of wreckage behind him - I think the EU have seen all UK proposals coming for a long time and will just collectively heave another sigh of exasperation and patiently wait for Boris to implode at some point in the next few weeks - never thought I'd say this but Ken Clarke for a grown-up PM please

If he tried that, I imagine the Council of Ministers would suspend the UK's voting rights rather expel it.

Mrs May was pretty clear with the EU - she wouldn't do anything to obstruct it.

Johnson has no such scruples.

History may well look more kindly on Theresa May - she's looking better by the minute compared to Boris

Not sure that's much of a achievement . Can we just sack the lot of them and start again. (The 650 current MP's blocked from standing)

It might look and sound less like a school playground with just those two steps in place

Anyone who can make Mrs May look accomplished has something special.

Special needs probably.

There seems to be a lot of confusion here.

Parliament is trying to stop a no deal brexit. They are still forging ahead with brexit.

Any one country can veto letting us have an extension, and so far Holland, Germany, and France have all said they will veto it, so it seems we may end up leaving on 31st Oct by default anyway.
