For all the countries and even to northern ireland, it is to cover britains loss if they leave, what do you reckon of this budget? I think it is great and it is good for northern ireland too

Yes, I think the criteria for eligibility for a member state is to demonstrate 0.3% of GDP or greater has been damaged by the UK's action.
