"Are these weak and wobbly pillocks really going to do any good for the country after brexit? I think not, as you can guess by my comment lol"

As there has never appeared much of a detailed plan, I'm assuming that the clueless will continue to remain clueless and inept and that the UK will bluster its way for a while, whilst being shafted by any other state that steps in.
The UK is discarding trade agreements that its membership of the UK has paid to produce, with many really valuable countries - plus the EU countries too. It has little to no hope of getting any of its replacement agreements to the same level as these. It also has limited expertise in negotiating, as this task became an EU one. As is evident, the Conservative party is a self-interested shambles, potentially to be led by an airhead mini-me Trump.
The people voting for the PM, who are not represenative of UK citizens, seem very content for many disastrous outcomes. And it appears many brexit supporters are fired up, based upon what is in the interests of a much smaller minority than even the conservative membership list.
Whilst the civil service can work according to the direction of the government, if the government is abysmal, has minimal chances of concluding much of anything of great value, then we can expect it to be disastrous. But, no need to worry, disaster capitalism has many able bodies that are eager to step in. The US trade agreement will highlight the powerlessness of the UK, undermining any supposed sovereignty that the UK would sustain. |

"As i take it you voted remain, whats it like every morning you look in the mirror and look at a loser for over 3 years "
You made some really excellent political points there.
I'm sure that's made people completely re-evaluate all of their thoughts on this complex topic.
Good stuff ![](/icons/thumb_up.png) |

For years people mocked Boris Johnson as the bumbling buffoon who's a complete idiot gliding by on his jokish charm.
And now with the events of Brexit, he'll most likely be our next PM. You really don't need to say anything more about the current state of our government. |

It's going to be fun seeing the end of Boris and the conservative party on 1st November. Either we're still in and he'll be forced to resign, or we'll be out with no deal and the country will be in such a legal & economic quagmire that it'll destroy those that inflicted this on us. |

You do not need to fix things that are functioning correctly. You learn how to apply those positives to fix things that are not working.
Identifying those very serious problems is being negative. It is improving things.
Being positive does not address the issue.
Calling people names does not address the issue.
It is lazy. You don't approach any project in that way if you want to make progress. |

The best way to solve a problem is to forsee it and avoid it.
That's what vaccinations are for.
If a mistake is made the best way to resolve it is change the decision.
Otherwise it's just arrogance.
The case for Brexit making anything better was never won. Having reached the stage of saying "it must be done because it was voted for", and "we've survived worse", the argument will never be won.
It is being done for its own sake and that is foolish.
You can't agree because you are calling people names quite regularly. |

The analogy is very apt in that case.
We foresaw the problems of theEU, and we were offered the choice of a "vaccination" and we chose to take it (Brexit)

"scaredy cat, negative, hamster wheel of doom trundlers"
What are the problems of leaving the EU and what are the solutions?
You are saying that seeing any problems is being negative I believe.
Therefore we shouldn't look for any.
That is quite foolish isn't it? Enough as an individual, bit on a national scale it is negligent. |

I wonder if the new leader of the Conservative party ( and therefore our new prime minister ) , will acknowledge that they have accepted votes from 16 and 17 year olds in the Tory party to become leader and will therefore call another referendum so the same 16&17 year olds can have a vote in the referendum ( along with every other 16 and 17 year old in the country ) ? |
