Have you also noticed how she shakes? I think it could be parkinsons, what do you reckon it could be?

sparkle Surprised

I had noticed that she had disappeared for a while, well in the media. She seems to have only recently shown up. And i think that the time she was meant to meet treasa may on the red carpet. Might have been the 1st sign of some thing wrong.

A dr did comment, saying it could be a number of things but i heard him mentioning MS more than parkinsons. But that's with out viewing her records.

I think that the refusal of taking the water is more a policy of being bumped of as she did not know what was really in it bar water..

Either that or she was worried about how much the glass would shake when she held it.

It's been all over media for the last week or so. I'm not too sure if she uses the fab forums for our diagnosis but her doctor will tell her when they know

Yes she should as we want to know what is going on.

Bristol East

I like Mrs Merkel.

Someone who grew up under a communist dictatorship to become one of the most recognisable democrats in the world has to be a bit special.

I did not like her stance during the sovereign debt crisis, but I understood where she was coming from because she had been saying it for years:

Europe has six per per cent of the global population, 25 % of global GDP and 50% of global welfare spending.

I hope it's nothing serious.

Heathrowish

Chronologically, she announced a few months ago that she was standing down shortly. She has also been seen shaking in public on two occasions.

Nobody should diagnose based upon what they see on 10 seconds of television coverage.

However, based on circumstantial evidence, it may be that she has a long term condition that was diagnosed a few months ago.
