Julia Hartley-Brewer, arch Brexshitter and Talk Radio presenter has ramped up the ideology stakes on Twitter. Her desire for Brexit at any and all cost is now revealed to the world.

“Any Tory leadership candidate who puts the Union first has absolutely no intention of delivering Brexit.”

No misquote, not out of context - this is exactly what she said.

This is what it has been about all along hasn’t it? There has never been a logical or economic case for Brexit - just a bunch of shitty Little Englanders looking to impose their wholly misguided version of entitlement on the world. As the date gets nearer they try to normalise the completely abnormal.

Absolutely diabolical.

I wonder if the entire populations of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland combined is as much as 17.4 million. I have googled the question, but I’m of the opinion that they don’t.

Attitudes like that, which appear to reflect the survey results of the Tory members, just underline the Little England mindset driving Brexit.

The logical conclusion of Brexit is the disintegration of the United Kingdom.

It is not one person though is it. She is not the first but other similarly outrageous messages of failure are now being championed as success in the demented world of Brexit.

Gone now is fantasy of a better deal than we have at the moment, it briefly made an appearance as “as good a deal” as we have now, to quickly be replaced by a free trade deal and then a no deal - but protected by GATT Art24.

More and more leading Brexshitter voices are now making the case for grotesque failure as being a success because telling a big lie often enough could perhaps become believable?

Central

The men and women with forked tongues have been spouting weasel words over the last 3 years. Anything was to mean anything the recipient wanted it to be. The Brexit that we were supposed to be getting and what was supposedly unwanted, have now been juxtaposed. Lies then, still more lies today.

You get the sense that they are desperate.

The referendum was apparently about the full UKs future happiness, so that dominant principle must be adhered to. If anything gets to jeopardise the union, that isn't all driven by all citizens, solely on that basis, then government should be investigated and potentially replaced.

"

Very similar to the years when the coalition first came to power.

At every opportunity, whether relevant or not, everyone in government were always repeating the "fact" of Labour's mismanagement of the economy.

That swiftly became in a large number of peoples minds the truth of the financial crisis. Especially when echoed by the media.

They have tried the same trick here with Brexit. And largely succeeded.

Kept repeating the same bollocks long enough, and people will start to believe it.

Other UK manufacturing giants such as JCB have announced they intend to build more production sites in the Uk, so new jobs will be created elsewhere at places like JCB and i assume JCB would be very happy to take on specialist manufacturing workers from places like Honda and Nissan if they leave the country. In fact since the UK voted Leave in 2016, overall jobs numbers in the UK have hit record highs, Netflix announced just a couple of days ago they are looking to more than double their office space at their headquarters in London.

Its highly questionable in the first place whether Scotland or Northern Ireland would leave the UK if there is a no deal Brexit. The evidence suggests they wouldn't leave the UK. Scotland voted to remain part of the UK in 2014, and more people voted to Leave the EU in Scotland during the EU referendum than have ever voted for the SNP in any election, that is a statistical fact that you will never hear Nicola Sturgeon admit to.

Just yesterday Arlene Foster the leader of the DUP, the largest party in Northern Ireland said the UK must leave the EU on October 31st deal or no deal. She has clearly given her backing to Boris Johnson as Jeremy Hunt said he would be prepared to have another extension. A majority in Wales voted to leave the EU in 2016 as did a majority in England.

Also the latest UK polling shows Brexit is more popular than ever with 57% backing an exit from the EU, and remain now down on just 43%.

I see you're adding up three alternative Brexits to get that result

1 in 10 leave voters saw a hard Brexit as being the worse option. So I wouldn't want to be putting no deal versus remain if I were a leaver...

Its become increasingly clear from posts on this forum that more often than not its a remainer who will bring up WW2 first in a thread.

Hell, one swivel eyed Euro loon remoaner even blamed repeats of TV show Dad's Army for delivering the Brexit vote. I kid you not! Here is the link......

Remainer and TV writer Daisy Goodwin blames classic TV show Dad's Army for Brexit and wants it banned from our television screens!

Remoaners have well and truly lost the plot, as is clearly evidenced by some of the posts from them on this thread.

Everything is above staying in the UK. The clue is in their name.

The Conservative and Unionist Party used to put keeping the UK together above everything.

Not any more.

It is the party of little England, the English national party.

Nothing wrong with that. They just need to rebrand and adopt a name that does not mislead.

I think you will find that many people who support Brexit are not the Lttle Englanders to which you refer. The residents of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland who voted to leave are hardly going to describe themselves as Little Englanders. You've just defined yourself as one.

You are a traitor to the United Kingdom because you are prepared to see it destroyed to pursue a narrow, ill defined need for "control".

You are a traitor.

Of course you are right and I have said all along that the real traitors in this issue are those who would take actions to wilfully damage this country - be it Constitutionally, economically or as it seems now - BOTH.

"Julia Hartley-Brewer, arch Brexshitter and Talk Radio presenter has ramped up the ideology stakes on Twitter. Her desire for Brexit at any and all cost is now revealed to the world.

“Any Tory leadership candidate who puts the Union first has absolutely no intention of delivering Brexit.”

Spoken by a true bitter remainer !!

Absolutely diabolical."

They are to the UK.

How would you describe actively seeking the break up of your country?

Peacehaven proclaims his patriotism loudly and claims to be proudly British and wants to take control back for the country. However he would also be prepared to see our country destroyed to achieve his goals.

So if the other member nations of the UK are that bothered about us leaving the EU that they are prepared to separate themselves, then so be it. It will make it more difficult to visit some relatives, but it won’t be the end of the world.

No. You cannot guarantee me that you love this country more than me. You can only guarantee that your vanity means that you believe that you believe that your opinions are the only "right" ones.

Real patriots,as far as I can see, don't shout about it and wrap themselves in a flag. They get on with making people's lives better.

You are a traitor if you would see this country destroyed for your benefit. There is no clearer definition of it than your own words on the subject.

BREXIT will not destroy this country, and if they were absolutely certain that we are prepared to let them go, then I doubt we will see Scotland or Wales leaving the UK. Northern Ireland might, but the way those catholic families grow, unity with ROI was always going to happen one day. I do believe that we would have to send troops over there to help the Irish avoid a bloodbath, because loyalists will be furious.

oh it will still make sense for them to build cars destined for the EU in the EU... purely from an economies of scale, transportation cost.... and the bits that are built in japan (for example a lot of the hybrid engine components) won't have a tariff costs attached to them...

they just won't be built in the UK because as even the japanese are trying to tell you (in the most polite japanese way) is that any bits that have to go in/out of the UK will have a tariff charge attached to it! and that will force up the prices!

Brexit was spelled out clearly before the vote.

People voted for some sort of backstop as it was known before hand it would be needed. Now doing a no-deal will mean that the EU moves to protect itself.

Its a scenario were the EU push every single cent they lose back onto the UK market by force, instead of splitting up the losses in an agreed fashion.

If there is a no deal, within months the EU will sign an agreement saving it 4 billion a year with south America, and moving to the biggest trade agreement the world has ever seen between Mercosur and the EU, and the UK wont be able to veto it.

Real patriots,as far as I can see, don't shout about it and wrap themselves in a flag. They get on with making people's lives better.

A Spanish NHS nurse is more of a British patriot than you are.

You are a traitor if you would see this country destroyed for your benefit. There is no clearer definition of it than your own words on the subject.

Do you really not get that?

I don’t even know why I’m bothering to answer your bullshit posts. How dare you accuse me of being a fucking traitor?

BREXIT will not destroy this country, and if they were absolutely certain that we are prepared to let them go, then I doubt we will see Scotland or Wales leaving the UK. Northern Ireland might, but the way those catholic families grow, unity with ROI was always going to happen one day. I do believe that we would have to send troops over there to help the Irish avoid a bloodbath, because loyalists will be furious.

You can be as outraged as you like because what you said and what you are prepared to do to achieve Brexit does not align with your view of yourself.

Here's the question:

Would you be willing to see our country destroyed to achieve your goal?

The answer you keep giving is:

Yes

You are a traitor. Reconcile yourself with that and move on. Don't keep lying to us and yourself by pretending otherwise.Destroyed????????

If the United Kingdom ceases to exist then it will have been destroyed as an entity.

Perhaps you have another definition? Well jimmy cranky of the snp have been trying to do that for years nothing to do with brexit."

. And the funny thing is that although the SNP have been trying to get independence for their country it will be the little englanders who will give them their prize ,,, the same with Sinn Fein who have wanted a united Ireland ,,,, if only Sinn Fein and the SNP would have realised their success would be achieved through an own goal by their opponents
