So the prevention of No Deal is firmer with a resounding 280-46 vote in the Lords. Now the Commons have to look at the amendments and vote again.
Limited time, but it should encourage the Commons to do the right thing and vote it through.
Once this is out of the way we should take a long breather by revoking Article 50! |

Going by the number on the ‘march’, it is not something we should worry about too much |

I think you've completely misunderstood this piece of legislation.
This bill forces the Prime Minister to ask for an extension to article 50 from the EU in the even that her deal is voted down by parliament - it does not require her to revoke it.
Unfortunately, it does not prevent the EU from telling us to get lost, and so, even with the legislation in place, it is still possible for us to leave without a deal on Friday

I get where it is going. It prevents No Deal and should the EU not offer an extension, then May has to revoke A50! Friday could be a lovely day |

"The EU has no interest on a no deal either but to find an amicable solution that works for both sides. "
We had an amicable solution that worked for both sides. But some greedy articrats decided they could get more rich and powerful off some chaos so orchestrated a campaign of fear and misinformation to get people to vote themselves into a shittier situation. |

And some Left wingers who don't oppose it in principle but oppose it for political gain of course. Throwing in 'some chaos, some orchestrated campaign of fear and misinformation to get people to vote themselves into a shittier situation'. |

Revoking it would be the perfect end to 3 years of huge waste for us all. The Lords have moved well on this. |

"The EU has no interest on a no deal either but to find an amicable solution that works for both sides. "
But not one that allows Europhobic MEPs from England the chance to disrupt the working of the EC by blocking the appointment of a new president and commissioners.
That is more important than preventing the UK crashing and burning. |

You’re starting to sound like a remainer. We’ve been saying this since before the referendum. |
