Two separate issues here.
A judicial review at the Court of Session ruled the Scottish Goverment’s handling of a complaint was wrong.
The investigation by Police Scotland is ongoing. The civil case has no bearing on the criminal case, though it does allow Salmond to recast himself as a victim in the court of public opinion. |
