104 years too late, we don't do that sort of sissy stuff now! We have to follow the lead of of UKIP Nige and sacrifice our wives and children if they are not true bread British to the core (or American in the case of BoJo). |

Thankfully the majority of threads that are upon Brexit are evident from the title, so it's fairly easy to avoid them. Threads will remain open regardless of any festivity period - and some people will post into them. It's potentially going to be slower for political news but people will have more free time than they will have had for a long time - so I think realistically there will be use of them.
By all means start other topics, if you are interested in visiting the politics area - or maybe staying away is easier than trying to organise thousands of people who have enthusiasm for the Brexit issues

nige doesn't sacrifice his own children.... he made sure he took them to the german embassy to be able to protect their futures in europe |

Maybe it's time brexit had its own forum! Politics was chucked out of the lounge for being dull and repetitive and making people think beyond kiss fuck avoid, or beards. So maybe brexit should have it's own forum? |

"Ffs hope we don’t bump into some of the remianers on here nye what a happy bunch lol"
Jesus Christ do you ever stop complaining about remainers?
No doubt you brexiters are already moaning that it's not going to be a "White" Christmas this year.

Maybe they will get them for Christmas, but they will have all been spat out long before NYE. |

If you do meet any then don't attempt to have any drink from their glass before midnight as their glass is already half empty.
You're more than welcome to have some from mine though because Brexiteers glasses are always half full. |

Don't think that is true - nearly all threads I look at someone manages to turn it around to Br---t. |

"Good idea...there used to be semi-intelligible discussion here with posters who actually knew stuff. "
The posters who have been posting the longest on here are the likes of myself, Kraken and Too Hot. We were posting on Politics when it was allowed in the lounge forum during the referendum in 2016 but was moved down here shortly after. You started posting here more recently didn't you. |

BREXITERS and remainers set aside their differences yesterday for a festive football match which then descended into a foul mouthed argument.
The two teams emerged from behind their computer screens around midday to shake hands and sing carols before the friendly kick about.
Remainer Tom Logan said: “The tweets and the Facebook posts fell silent. We climbed out of our entrenched views, looked into the face of the enemy and realised that they are just like us after all.
“But then there was a disputed free kick and one of the Brexiters called me a ‘remoaner’ and I said that the very fact that Brexiters invented the word ‘remoaner’ proves what complete fucking imbeciles they really are.
“Then the Brexiter said that half of our team probably wasn’t even British and I called him a fat, Nazi bastard.”
All 22 players then scurried back home to their laptops to continue insulting each other. |
