I wonder what historians will make of this 50 years from now? Always assuming we haven't destroyed ourselves completely! Still brexit should be a glorious success after 50 years of progress! |

Before we had rules, we had big sticks. The ones with the biggest sticks usually won. I prefer rules.

The US is borrowing huge sums of money to expand its nuclear arsenal and other infrastructure, including a military force in space.
The Orwellian mantra of the administration is "peace through strength".
In other words, when you can threaten your competitor with destruction, there is no need for war because their mood will be one of acquiescence.
Belligerent, bullying.
Trump's is America's biggest bully. Now he is commander in chief of the world's strongest military and wants to use it to bully the rest of the world.

He has been heard saying that the US Canada negotiations that it's going to be his way or no way (not verbatum) - so that's what deal is in store. Canada won't accept US dairy or deregulation of the dispute mechanism procedure. #racetothebottom |
