Many times on the fab forums I have been subjected to personal racist attacks about myself and my family. This is something that we do not experience in the real world, despite living in multiple places in the UK.

The people who made these comments know who they are, and what they said, so it doesn't need to be repeated here.

I will no longer be engaging with these posters, so if people wonder why I haven't responded a particular post or question that could be the reason why.

I am not trying to tar everyone with the same brush, but I will no longer interact or waste my time with people who attack my family. Their thought patterns and comments say an awful lot more about them than about us.

Maybe the other side of the political fence from you CLCC, but I support your stance wholeheartedly.

Personal insults have no place on this forum. I condemn them, then and now.

Sorry to hear this - no-one deserves personal abuse like that, especially racial abuse.

Keyboard warriors, eh?

The smell of snowflakery seems very strong in this thread, maybe the OP shouldn't go around the politics forum personally attacking other forum users either, seems he likes to dish it out but can't take it in return.

Yet more double standards and hypocrisy!

I don’t know why I expected that sort of response from the person above, but I could have almost said it word for word in my head...

I should really expect better , but in reality I don’t

Why haven’t the mods dealt with it?

Shame they attack you for that. Very cowardly and downright nasty. I am a Jew myself originating from outside the Uk and can sympathise with how you feel. These turbulent days the different from the norm seem to get the blame for everything.

Personally I don’t understand the need for a political forum on this site, This is a swingers web site to enable people to meet for sex, A political forum is only goung to cause division,This site for me is a nice distraction from all the problems in the world why not just stick to sexual topics

The Op does have that tendency but any attack at him on a racial level is weak and downright shitty behaviour.

Classic response to people who speak out against bigotry. Step one, call everyone who speaks out “snowflakes”.

Good for you OP. Everyone should speak out when the see or hear racism.

I rarely encounter it in real life. But it’s a regular occurrence on Fab.

I have to say I'm really shocked by your response to this. Whilst I'm generally more inclined to agree with CCLCs point of view than yours, especially over BREXIT, I don't always agree with the way CCLC makes the argument. However that is no excuse for anyone to make racist attacks.

I think if there is any hypocrisy here it is from you in that you rightly condemn Corbyn for his lack of action and constant excusing of anti-semitism but then do pretty much the same thing yourself over racist remarks allegedly made against CCLC.

Attacking forum users for something they post on the forum is completely different to attacking someone for their race.

I noted before that you said you’re a UKIP voter.

Good for OP speaking out. No tollotance for racism. Fab seems to concentrate Daily Mail and Express newspaper readers. And it’s not cool.

I agree totally with the point well made about the double standards by the poster you refer to, given his record on here it's not a surprise sadly..

analysis of this post shows the meaning of it, as intended by the poster, to be that the OP deserves racist remarks to be made about their family. how very disgusting and deliberately abusive. i for one condemn your veiws and stand fully in support of the OP against this vile ideaology.

I have joined this forum for debate. Debate between people of opposite views I think is healthy. However any sort of name calling or racist views certainly are not.Like most people I imagine a lot of people who voted for Brexit were scared of our uncontrolled immigration movement. This I understand but as remainer I do not think for one minute all these people are racist. I am sorry OP your wife has been mentioned this should not happen.

I doubt anyone will wonder why but yes, everyone should avoid the people who annoy them so much

I did see a personal comment but I am not sure I have seen a racist attack so report and it will be looked at
