Dought the PM can silence her as there is too much discontent in the tory ranks.

Are we getting close to referendum 2.0 or TM fighting openly for her premiership?

Thinking outloud as I cannot sleep - this could fracture both political parties if it gains steam.

Theresa May clearly needs to go now. She has lost all credibility and she has zero authority left.

Just another day in the longest-running pantomime in history.

If she goes there will be a general election...

So do you want to take that risk?

For 2 years you've supported her having all the power herself. Not parliament, not judges, not a 2nd referendum, just her. Do you now regret that position?

What is the chance of the tory and labour party splitting to form pro-EU vs anti-EU alignment parties?

They should just allow free votes in parliament

Central

I'd say zero chance. Whilst there is some overlap, the conservatives have entrenched their MPs with increasingly rabid, extremists over recent years, that are supportive of reduced government services to the masses, creating an ever more unequal country and divisions of wealth/poverty. Whilst the EU is a moderating influence, helping support financial prosperity for the UK as well as citizens' wellbeing, many UK right wing extremists are against it.

Benny Hill is looking less like a poor excuse for comedy and a lot more like an accurate depiction of political life.

How ironic that those forces who were so venomous about giving any control to Parliament over Brexit are now the ones most determined to exercise it.

Enemies of the people, anyone?
