Not quite.
The two governments settled on a new name - the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
The Greek government faces a vote of no confidence in its parliament as a result.
The government of north Macedonia needs a 2/3rds majority in its parliament to agree the change.
By no means a done deal. |

care to expand ? I know trump claims this ... but it’s not a real debt afaik simply an indicative amount to spend on defence etc of 2%

Its getting too big and complex, including mis management of members not spending 2% gdp,
Differences with greece as mentioned
Not on russia's border, but Provoking Russia by expanding (again) after assurance it wouldn't
