Yet Brexiters still claim Britain got a bad deal, despite it being better than everyone else's!

Why would we do that ?. Most large companies are not concerned about Brexit as life goes on regardless . The EU is simply a bureaucracy, it produces nothing.

What matters are the performances of large plcs and private companies in the UK. The taxes which they generate are those which fund the health and social services . The EU is simply an admin body employing bureaucrats .

Most large companies are very concerned about Brexit but can hedge and relocate as appropriate.

All bureaucracies produce nothing. All back office staff in every organisation from engineering to the NHS produce nothing.

They enable all sorts if things.

I'm guessing that you can't see what these might be. Care yo try and work out what? The names of some of the department's might give you a clue

North West

I was sat in a bar earlier at Philadelphia airport and the talk was about Trump. Of the 8 or so people at the bar, none had bothered voting for Clinton in 2016 because they just thought that Trump would never win.

This week they all voted as did many, many more and they put the record straight overturning a 20% Republican margin.

I think that this is the same reason that Brexiters are terrified of a second referendum on any conditions. The complacent majority would very likely put the record straight.
