Your Political Compass
Economic Left/Right: -6.63
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.77
Makes me a left social libertarian. I guess I shifted more to the left after 2 years.

Whenever I do the faceache political compass tests I come out as being around 95% Green, 90% Labour, 45% Lib Dem, 15% UKIP and 5% Conservative (I think the last 2 are because of my views on defence)... |

Most people could be more left economically than they think. But you're more centre. Did it surprise you? |

I think the political compass would be better if instead of left-right it was collectivism-Individualism and instead of authoritarianism-libertarianism it was positive-negative rights.
Or maybe something to do with property rights.
The left right paradigm is used to keep people thinking inside the box the people in power have set up. |

Yes. Since I'm thought to be centre.
But yes the political compass breaks the left right split. Which is why Nazis and revolutionaries are close. But I know in the Netherlands we have right libertarians. A factor no party in the UK has. Maybe that's the key to the country. |
