Agree 100% There were a lot of pessimistic and negative people around during the EU referendum who said Leave would never win, we didn't stand a chance, we should give up, etc. I joined vote Leave as a volunteer and even donated some of my own money to the campaign. I always remained positive Leave would win, never stopped believing, and we did find a way to win in the end I also got my money back that i donated with extra to spare on top because I bet on leave winning with great odds down the bookies. 
As for Boris's speech yesterday at conference I thought it was great, by far the best and most inspiring speech of the whole conference. |

ISIS have left hundreds of booby trapped bodies all over Serte (which was once a great resort btw). They do need to be cleared.... after that then who knows?.....eventually! But as it's a Muslim country I can't see the property developers being British!

Not a crap choice of language, an insight into how the shit thinks. He came out with that gem the day after Monarch Airlines ceased trading because of IS inspired attacks across North African tourist resorts and the loss in international value of the £ since the brexit referendum result. So rather than keeping his mouth shut he saw an opportunity to fan jingoism and make political capital and took it!
The man is a disgrace who plays to the basest instincts of those enthralled by his rhetoric without any thought to the consequences other than how it will help him gain more power. |
