Easy.
The middle class/technocrats have had it jolly good under the current EU so they don't want a hard brexit or even a soft brexit, there quite happy with the status quo so will vote the opposition in this time round. |

Kensington and Chelsea also has some very poor areas. It is the richest area but there are challenges there.
That said, it has always been Tory, the council is Tory and pulling out of joint work with neighbouring boroughs because they are Labour. It's going to be interesting.
It makes me a feel a bit better about Zac Goldsmith winning by just 45 votes.
