"She's called an election she promised not to, to get a mandate she said she already had, for a policy she said was a bad idea.
That about right?"
I'll sum up her position....

Frustration with knobheads who can't come to terms with the way the country voted and who are constantly trying to derail or delay Brexit.
Her position on June 9th? - much improved |

Once again you seem upset about the idea of people expressing their opinions. All hail democracy and freedom of speech.
Guess what, we're going to continue reminding Brexiters they're idiots forever. Get used to it. |

Fair point. But I don't consider them knobheads for having a different opinion but for making negotiations with the EU more difficult and damaging the countrys prospects of a good deal |

You're the one who seems upset. You also don't seem to be happy at how democracy was used in a way against your wishes so insult those who voted differently. Guess What, Brexits happening. Keep moaning amongst yourselves like petulant children...
What I personally love about Remoaners is their faux lefty bullshit liberalism - they fake loving multiculturalism but they wouldn't really socialise nor even dream of fucking someone of a true ethnic background... |

Your missing a very important change over the Easter weekend (if the rumour now circulating are correct)...
You know the one...
She was given prior warning (probably by the Home Secretary and Minister of Justice or cabinet office) that they (the government) could no longer block the prosecution of 24 Tory MP's and their Agents for Electoral fraud and that within the next 3 months she would in all probability be leading a minority lame duck government. |

She used her Christian moral relitivism to justify voting against gay marridge, in my view she is a a low key christian fundamentalist. |

That "other woman" was Angela Leadsom, who has 3 children. She pulled out of the race for PM, as she made a remark that was taken out of context, about Theresa May not having children. It transpired that Mrs May and her husband are unable to have children. |

The nhs isn't underfunded and over the last ten years spending on it has risen faster than most other advanced economies. The problem is with how it is run |

What is on the interweb is the NHS having to set aside £56 billion for dubious medical negligence payments. Maybe something should be done about that first |

must be really daunting to be perfect all the time, i mean i burn toast sometimes, or cut myself using a knife, these doctors have to be perfect all the time. have to sign stuff now before op, quite daunting if things go wrong and they sure do.
a lot of money goes to independant contractors etc as the NHS goes to tender all the time.
but id rather be about 1-3000 chance of having a failed op or sthg than thats £20000 please before we op on you, please sign here, theres a 1-3000 change of op going wrong |

having gove bojo and the other women plying for the pms job ans then chickening out, only other person was that woman who wasnt fit to be PM because she wasnt a mother apparently ffs.
tories are full of parasites, bankers and hedgefunders rubbing their hands in glee.
i look at politics now and the tories have turned it into some game show. and all they do is scoff
And then we have the labour party well yeah, thats a nightmare too (too many establishment peeps)when you see a hard right wing gov in charge you start to wonder.
was never a labour supporter really, would consider myself more centrist but seeing the safety net being destroyed and the nhs under extreme pressure due to underfunding and hunts desire to sell it off, theres no way on earth id like a US style health system over here.
The nhs isn't underfunded and over the last ten years spending on it has risen faster than most other advanced economies. The problem is with how it is run well evidence and facts show you're wrong on the underfunding, and yes of course it is how it is ran.
What evidence and facts? they are on the interweb
What is on the interweb is the NHS having to set aside £56 billion for dubious medical negligence payments. Maybe something should be done about that first not sure about £56 billion, im sure lawyers had a big part to play in it too.
must be really daunting to be perfect all the time, i mean i burn toast sometimes, or cut myself using a knife, these doctors have to be perfect all the time. have to sign stuff now before op, quite daunting if things go wrong and they sure do.
a lot of money goes to independant contractors etc as the NHS goes to tender all the time.
but id rather be about 1-3000 chance of having a failed op or sthg than thats £20000 please before we op on you, please sign here, theres a 1-3000 change of op going wrong
It's the lawyers I'm getting at. The law needs changing. That is why the cancer patient is standing against Corbyn" thats the society weve had to endevour under a capitalist society. hasnt really got anything to do with labour, no doubt the media will play on this.
i mean some people get £££££100k for being offended now.
litigation just fuels the money grabbers, |

"We are aware that Theresa May is a remainer, are we not?
Seems to me that she is being as obtuse as possible to derail brexit...."
Its certainly a theory, and comes on the heels of Macron and Merkel now proclaiming a road map of EU reform.
Perhaps the penny has started to drop with the EU, and that somethings are both unworkable and unsutainable in the EU. |

Theresa May's position......
At the end of Brexit negotiations it will be bent over taking it up the arse dry by 27 nations, with the rest of the world queuing up |

She is an employee of the british people just like any employee, she had an opinion when asked a question and promoted that view the decision by the majority went against her but as any good employee she accepted the decision given by her employers and is endeavouring to achieve their objective. That is just the same as a private company asking different people to offer solutions to a problem just because one didnt promote one solution doesnt mean they sit in the corner and sulk when the boss says we are going this way.
In a family there are often differences of opinion on most things but when the decision is made they all go along and do their best |

Wow. What a thread full of information and hard facts....
Not at all tempered by an irrational hatred of people or parties.
I quite like her position that we wouldn't take any old crap offered by the EU. If that means trading under WTO rules then that's what will happen. But it's not good for all those selling to us is it. If they really were dumb enough to try and force a bad deal on us in some sort of bizarre "punishment" scenario then I'd far rather have a PM who'll say no than one like JC who said he would take a bad deal.
It really isn't going to be the end of the world despite the sad comments of the doom mongers. What I think is pathetic and beyond contempt is those who voted remain and who now seem to look forward with undue glee to those who voted leave being proved "stupid". This is a contemptible and childish approach that makes me laugh at their warped priorities.
Overall, I'd be much happier knowing we can negotiate without bowing down to every daft condition that the EU may attempt to foist on us.
Cannot blame them for trying though, if the situation were reversed I'm sure someone say "oh by the way, that'll be 100million to pay mate, we take credit cards". |

"Frustration with knobheads who can't come to terms with the way the country voted and who are constantly trying to derail or delay Brexit.
Her position on June 9th? - much improved
Frustrated with people who regard others , with a difference of opinion, as knobheads or idiots.

Teresa May, leader of the conservative party, also know as the Strong & Stable...
Or...
SS for short...
I think there may be a bit of a Freudian slip in there and that she is fully aware of the exact nature of the organisation she leads. |

"She's called an election she promised not to, to get a mandate she said she already had, for a policy she said was a bad idea.
That about right?
I'll sum up her position....
Missionary?
Well isn't she a churchman's daughter, and a Christian fundamentalist? "
Vicars daughter. The Christian Fundamentalist is Tim Farron! |

This is a fair point, but the media is inconsistent when it makes such a big deal of Corbyn's position on nuclear power, or Farron's position on gay sex. |
