The bubble was always going to burst on that front I'm afraid, you just need to look at earnings to realise most shares are way way way way overvalued

.

That's because thanks to QE they've been buying back their own shares with practically free debt!

... What would you do?.

.

Have a look at apples debt levels for the last five years. Up up up, when you buy back your shares there's less available which means higher prices and seen as most CEOs get their bonuses on share price it's a win win

Costa Blanca Spain...

It's hardly a crash. Yet.

Yesterday the Dow dropped around half of one percent, and is still only 1.5% off its 52 week high.

In the last five days the Pound is 1.5 cents up against the dollar.

This morning the FTSE is around 50 points up.

Nothing to panic about for now.

However I do expect a readjustment in the markets which I think are well over valued at the moment.

We know now where all the QE "money" went too, it fed stocks, shares, commodity's, real estate...14 trillion put into "the market" and yet very little of it reached the bottom that would have feed real growth.

.

It's just a mystery how the rich keep getting richer and the poor poorer

Time to short USD-JPY, I think USD will be lower this Friday once NFP has been published.

"What's nfp? "

Non-Farm Payrolls, it's the number of jobs that the US labor adds to their market, released every first Friday of the month. It significantly moves USD, lower than expected will pull down the USD against other currencies, greater than expected results on the other hand will strengthen the USD.
