Did you change your mind during the Brexit referendum process?
Please don't disclose how you voted - PLEASE do not disclose that, nobody here wants to know how you voted.
Again, this isn't a discussion about Brexit.
I'm just interested in whether or not you changed your mind during the process.
In peace, please no abuse, and yes i know this is not scientific, I'm just interested in the ability of people to change their minds.
So if you would like take part please just reply:
Y or N
(Y = yes I changed my mind during the process)
(N = no I didn't)
I am a Y, as I changed my mind during the process.
Thank you, and again in peace x |

No and yes.
No I did not change my opinion about the EU. I think that despite its faults it is the best thing that has happened to Europe since the Roman Empire and that it is the main reason that Europe has remained relatively stable and peaceful for the last 70 years.
Yes, I did change my mind about our place in Europe and how I should vote. I reluctantly came to the conclusion that we (the UK) are too much of a disruptive influence within the EU and have become nothing more than a Trojan horse for US disruption of the EU and that as a result we have to be removed from the EU until we wake up to the reality of where our future lies and accept that we need to be an equal partner in the Union rather than the spoiled brat in the club that bullies everyone else into giving us special treatment. I am sure that there are many more that reached the same conclusions as me, and for the same reasons as me.
Over the campaign I changed my mind about how I would vote and voted 'out'. Sometimes a little self harm is required to cut out a cancer before it spreads to the whole body. I just hope that our eurosceptic disease has not become a terminal illness for the EU. |
