yes because they have paid into the system all their lives and winter in Spain is cold too. Not to mention air conditioning which is needed in summer |

Central and northern Spain is very much different than southern and coastal.
People rarely visit Madrid in winter so don't see the snow they get.

Don't get me wrong though i still wouldn't give benefits to people living outside the UK, nothing to do with anything other than economics |
