If they do get it, how much will it cost England Wales and Northern Ireland to look after the scottish refugees coming over the border?

True, also if they want to go then who are we to stop them? They are determined to go it alone.

We can't eject them from Great Britain because Great Britain is not a political entity but a geographic entity. Great Britain is the larger of the two main islands that make up the British Isles and consists of England, Scotland and Wales. Scotland could no more leave Great Britain than Ireland could leave the British Isles. Whether Scotland remains part of the United Kingdon? Well that's a totally different question all together.

I don't believe they are determined to go. BREXIT makes the possibilities of a second referendum and increases the moral case for Scottish independence but also BREXIT actually makes the economic argument less convincing especially if an independent Scotland remained in or rejoined the EU while England, Wales and Scotland went for a hard BREXIT. In that scenario it could well mean a hard customs border and, if we don't have free movement in England, possibly a hard immigration border to. And think we'll have to look at how we sort out the bored between Northern Ireland and the Republic to see what's actually possible.

Well yes.. I have imagined the hard border situation.. Wouldn't be a very good state of affairs at all

The views expressed on here are exactly what the bitter little SNP members want to foster, to have a victim mentality in the Scots and a "To hell with them attitude from the English".....Please do not believe the majority of Scots have this attitude. I am proud to be British and long may it continue.....

Me too! It,s not cut and dried though.. Who's to saw what the future holds. I realise not all scots agree with the snp. I hope theres enough to vote against any referendum.. If it happens again that is

It's migration not seeking asylum. Otherwise Britain would only let in 1000.
