Really?

Remind me who said "the days when if you obeyed the law you could expect to be left alone are over"

Who is it is now ordering that all foreign workers be registered by their employers?

And who is it is proposing to strip rights from Irish and treat them as foreigners from now on?

Finally, who was the last person to propose these measures, what was the name of the party he led that enacted these same measures?

(Hint: He wrote a book while in prison outlining his plans, and was called "Mine Fuhrer!" when in power.)

Funny, just because you call yourself socialist does not mean you are, same as countries that call themselves 'democratic' generally are not.

But for the record, all the things I said above are Conservative party and government policy. and if you had listened to any of the key note speeches from their conference with an eye to 20th century history you could not have failed to notice that not only have the Tories moved so far to the right that they are adopting NAZI policies, they are also adopting the mannerisms, attitudes and rhetoric of them too.

Funny as some Labour MP's said Theresa May had adopted some of Ed Miliband's general election policies.

May repeated the phrase "Ordinary working people" till my ears bled...She knows what she needs to do to win the next election with a healthy majority. She will get it as well .....It will give her the mandate she needs, although she will talk left but act further right...Like the SNP they are the other way round talk left but act right....cuckoos and incompetents unfortunately for us up here

"what nonsense"

13/5/15 David Cameron (PM) at The National Security Council said on the record:

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone"

7/10/16 Amber Rudd (Home Secretary) at Tory Party conf said on the record:

"foreign workers should not be able to take the jobs that British people should do."

she also said:

'For the state must draw a sharp line of distinction between those who, as members of the nation, are the foundation and support of its existence and greatness, and those who are domiciled in the state, simply as earners of their livelihood there.'

She also proposed that employers be made keep a list (registrar) of all foreign workers.

But, hey if you can dismiss it all so easily all must be right with the world and it was all a big joke, right?

You might want to check that line about sharp distinction. I think it was attributed to her but is taken from Mein Kampf.

I think you need to do a little research into the use of TEMPORA by GCHQ, the court rulings in 2015 and the unclassified government use of secondary legislation respond and counter those rulings about the right of UK citizens and residents to privacy.

I am not saying that I disagree with everything being done, or the requirement to act, but I am saying that I think that just like the German people in the 1930's we have politicians who are moving us towards a far right police state and we are for the most part blindly following them because we are failing to see the growth of fascism and believe we are better off moving in this direction. It was an illusion in the 30's, it is an illusion now.

I'd rather go back to the Monster Raving Loony party. The new leader left as she got spat at on a train which is disgusting but shows what some think of that party. Farage jumped ship as soon as he helped achieve Brexit and it was all based on lies.

So no thanks. Can't stand them. And now the Tories seem to be taking on some of their ideas.

You mean like the Star of David the Nazis forced Jews to wear before they sent them to die in concentration camps? That idea will go down well within the ranks of Corbyn's anti-Semitic Labour party...perhaps for all the Jews who have left and/or are currently leaving his growing party of fascists.

You don't dare criticise Israel in this day and age for the fear of being labelled an 'anti-Semite', they have manipulated the term and used it to form a bubble of protection around the State of Israel....they should not be spared criticism where it is justified.

Labour have had an investigation into their party and claims of racism and anti-Semitism and those claims were unfounded. What about the Tories or UKIP, do you think they would find the same?

A Labour party member and Corbyn crony investigating the Labour party. That is akin to a criminal investigating himself for a crime he has committed. .....of course he is going to find himself not guilty.

These political discussions do become rather confusing, who are the nazis again, labour or ukip? Or is it just something folk bandy about, for use in any arguement, like a trump card?

The Conservative manifesto actually said that we would remain in the Single Market and seek to grow the SM, so how does that fit with what you just said? Or if you are referring to the referendum, then I don't remember any questions about the Single Market, or student visas, or naming and shaming companies with foreign workers.

No bigger than Scotland, once referred to as "that shitty little country." Israel rakes in yearly aid from the US, that is blatantly spent on arms and on the military.

Palestinians don't stand a chance, as they are continually being displaced by "settlers."

I have Jewish next door neighbours, and am not anti Semitic. Just not a big fan of Zionism.
