Militant Victory

Basically Militant Tendency are back. I noted that once it was clear who had won our old mate Derek "Degsy" Hatton was back on our screens with his support for Corbyn.

So the parliamentary Labour Party [MPs] seem to have have 3 choices!

1. Lick Corbyn's arse and hope they can stay in [ see Andy Burnham who stood against him last time calling him inept]

2. Wait for Corbyn and militant/momentum to deselect them and replace them with socialist worker candidates.

3. Form a break away party similar to SNP which could end up much bigger than Corbyn's loony left rump.

There are often those commenting in the forums about "grabbing the popcorn and sitting back". This really could be the time to do that!

I miss the old militant loonies, but momentum sounds like a pretty good anagram.

Degsy lol, I thought he'd retired to Bermuda.

Wearing his Rolex of course.

I've been thinking about all this momentum/socialism malarkey and to be honest maybe Britain is ready for another reminder of what it really means.

Too many of the younger (snowflake) generation have never really experienced it and it's maybe time they did.

Us oldies remember only too well the 70's and the disaster that unfolded towards the end of the decade. The ironic (hysterically funny actually) thing is that the socialists always bang on about how they hate Thatcher Etc. But they haven't really got their head around the fact that they pretty much invented her. If it wasn't for the way they totally fucked up the country then Maggie would probably have never won the '79 election and would only be remembered as another Willie Hague, Duncan Smith, or Michael Howard.

So maybe it is time for Corbyn to win the 2020 election and show the snowflake generation what socialism is all about.

As Churchill once said. "He who is not a socialist at 20 has no heart, but he who is not a Conservative at 30 has no brain".
