"I don't celebrate someone being outed. A slimy cunt or not"
There's nothing to applaud about journalists thinking sexuality is a news story.
People celebrating presumably agreed with people being outed by the press at Swingfields. Or is that different? |

In the case of Vaz; he has been a pompous git;
Pontificating about others;
"Holier than thou" attitude, even though it was common knowledge what he was up to; but he denied it.
Do when a slime ball like Vaz gets " outed" - good; he is a fucking hypocrite.

His sexuality is no issue to me but there is the fact that he is heading up a committie looking at prostitution and drug laws.
Also he's a slimy one for sure, I don't agree with celebrating him being outed for his sexuality though |

While he may be dodgy or as described earlier in this thread, a national 'news'paper has published his private arrangements or activities.. This makes it a loss for freedom by anyones standards.
Imagine if it was your activities on here plastered all over facebook or the local rag?
Schadenfreud imho

"Finally outed. Good riddance to that horrible slimy little c**t."
This is not a nice thing to say. Who cares what he does in his private life?! Shows th hypocrisy of many people. If he is having sex with men, that is his own biz and nothing to so with anyone else. And a matter for his wife |

I don't remember any whimpering about the Swingfieldsgate affair, a bit of righteous indignation and some giggling perhaps.
The reason people have no sympathy with Vaz is his hypocracy.
No doubt the PC clown element will jump in with cries of 'Racism' however. |

He was one of the MP caught up in the expenses scandal but like most of them "went to ground" and got away with it....for that he should be outed and kicked out of parliament but he'll get away with it again. Probably do a Dianna and "cry" into the camera while been "inter_iewed" by compliant journalist and no doubt claim pressure of public office etc etc. |

I know little about his political career and background.
I would however rather have a drug and male-prostitute using fellow as chairman of the Home Affairs select committee than someone isolated from such activity. It shows more knowledge about such things.

What do you expect..
Being in a position of power, it is expected for him to lead a life of morality to set an example to the rest of us reprobates.
Unfortunately he is human, and as such will err.
His position of power always will make news and add sex to the mix, will sell that news.
That aside, it doesn't change the fact he is a hypocrite preaching "do as I say, not as I do" |

He had sex with men behind his wifes back? So thats about 25% of single males on fab To be honest, who cares.
What everyone overlooks is what this will do to his family.

Wonder if this is the same gutter press that threatened to out a church of England priest as been in an celebate relationship with another man.
What anyone does in their private life is their affair. Doesn't matter what kind of person they are it's shouldn't be news because of his sexuality. Trash press |

I couldn't care less about his sexuality. I am more concerned about any conflicts of interests he may have chairing the committee he does (or did). Or the waft of any hypocrisy.
Given the power held by these people when inter_iewing the people they do (including prime Ministers and Officers of State) and researching matters any Chairs of Select Committees must be of the highest probity and honesty and have as much experience of the subjects they will cover as possible. I suspect Mr Vaz now has little of the former two. |

This.....sod all to do with his sexuality but......
He has chaired the Home Affairs Committee for years. They advise on setting the laws on prostitution and drug use.....something he apparently uses both of! Oddly when looking at banning "legal highs" he ensured that his favourite poppers were excluded from the legislation!
He has to be one of the slimiest slime-balls in the whole of slime land [parliament]. He should not have the option of stepping down or not...he should be removed and investigated for abuse of his office.
Also note our old mate Corbyn is supporting him....still Corbyn has so few supporters in Parliament he needs to keep hold of all he can! |

I don't think he bothers that much with research...
Otherwise I'd doubt he'd have spent quite a few years trying to get sharia law integrated into British law.

The other thing I love is the way the news report that he "paid for male escorts".
Where did they "escort" him too? Or did they bring him an old Ford car? Why are such terms being used?
I don't mind what he did as a person [his position is something else]. But why can't the news report things more factually. He paid for male prostitutes to have sex with him.....after he fought so hard to ensure that paying a prostitute was decriminalised....not saying he was covering his own arse in that respect.....seems he was certainly covering someone else's tho! |
