Why is anyone concerened??? A majority voted for his point of view only a week or so ago?

He should be appointed Gov of the Bank of England too as the majority believed Boris on the economy before Carney. Then we can be secure ........

"Oh god - biggest mistake ever"

I think you will be proven wrong; there is much more to this guy than meets the eye

and at long last an Aussie style immigration points system policy will be introduced.

London and France

The U.K. Was already being sidelined by the US as a result of BREXIT ; Germany their main focus now;

And since the appointment of Boris, that's basically chucked UK to the bottom of the pile.

Having insulted Obama and then Hilary Clinton; ( and Trump) , the UK will have to suck a lot of US cock to get any cooperation anytime soon.

Boris did great things for London trade and international relations as major.

He's far more astute than people give him credit for.

The perfect choice.

Here is his description of Hilary Clinton: "like a sadistic nurse in a mental hospital"!

Nice one Boris!

Nice to see politicians with a back bone for once. A reporter asked him if he wanted to say something to obama.. He said when it comes to trade, america will be at the front of the queue .. Lol.. Brilliant.

What's Merkel and Hollande phoning May got to do with anything?

It's normal protocol.

I think the way "you" mend fences and the way Boris mends fences are entirely different, I am sure Boris will do well without the need to suck cock

in Lancashire

I think its quite a shrewd move giving him a senior position, as she can keep an eye on him and he will with Fox and Davies be involved with Brexit so he will now have to deliver..

better than to have him on the back benches where he would be great copy for the media over every part of the negotiations and lets be honest his ego would let his mouth open before his very clever brain said whoa think a little..

he is not stupid, he was not a brilliant Mayor of London and is a bit of a loose canon when in charge and with the civil servants and his boss keeping a close eye on him he could start to be some sort of diplomat rather than a witty chat show host..
