Ok so I know there must be more women leading countries out there but how awesome is it that the PM of the UK is a woman (Theresa May), the first minister of Scotland is a woman (Nicola Sturgeon) and the first minister of Northern Ireland is also a woman (Arlene Foster)? There could also be a female President of the US!

I guess in theory it's great but I just can't be happy about May.

in the future it wont be an issue..

long way to go but slowly (and the sky hasn't fallen in, yet)the acceptance of women in roles in society which were for the boys is being addressed..

Personally I'd like to see someone in post where their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion etc wasn't the defining factor when describing them.

It won't be in my life time, but as Martin Luther King said, "I have a dream..."
