Hmm, it would depend on their reasons for the vote. If the topic was brought up. However, someone I'm meeting for NSA sex probably isn't someone id be discussing politics with |

If they voted the way that they genuinely believed and had the best interests of the country to heart then yes of course I would. People of principle are always welcome
So long as they're not racists... Or UKIP supporters.... Or like Boris' hair... |

One of my very good friends is a very vocal Brexit supporter here but I would never let that cloud my judgement of him (although he's wrong haha).
He's one the kindest and loyal person I've ever met and whilst we don't agree politically, I couldn't imagine not be his friend. My swinging life would be dull without him. |

"i didn't vote so i'm sorted either way.
How come you didn't vote?"
voting just means you agree with the system and who is running it, this isn't how i feel. |

i knew remain was best for 'my people' if the EU laws apply. just seems this government can do what they want anyway so it didn't really matter if we stayed in or not. |

I would, I understand some reasons for the Brexit although I disagree and would have voted remain if I was allowed to vote (I am over 18 don't be scared, just a French citizen)
If I wouldn't meet The Brexit camp, I am ruling out already 52% of The population and às someone said here, I am here to have fun, not to find a wife or discuss politics |

Yes I would - because I'll never ask them which they they voted so will never know.
Same with General elections and religion. Not worth the hassle of having disagreement on a casual sex site imho |

"It wouldn't work. Assume I vote LibDem: I get chatting and mention it to a lovely lady and she squeals with delight "ooh! me too!" so we shag and then she sits up and says "I voted BNP, sucker". "
If you're limiting yourself only to people who say they voted LibDem you're fishing in a very small pool. |

I have a long term sexual partner who works in media politics and he has never asked how I voted. Not even on general election day, when we met while he had a break before voting ended |

Absolutely.
Politics and Religion are not subjects you hear much at clubs
We did once leave a private meet when the male half of the couple decided it was the right time to air his racism, but other than that it's not something we discuss whilst naked and fucking |

I kicked a chap out of my flat for being homophobic. Fabulous verifications and I probably missed out on a fabulous night but my brain just screams no. |

"My mum voted the opposite way to me so I don't have much choice but to see her lol.
She's typical of the leave voters. In her 70's and remembers how it was before we joined. "
If she really remembered how it was before 1972 she wouldn't want to go back to it. |

Surly a hard right or left winger is going to better than a flaccid, soft, non-performing winger from either side.

Going against the grain, as I seem fated to do on this site, no I probably wouldn't meet, and or shag someone who had different political _iews from my own. I'm not looking for meaningless, faceless fucks, I'd like to be friends with the people I'm intimate with, and as politics is important to me it helps to be friends with similarly minded people. I wouldn't be so rude as to ask someone how they voted though, but sometimes you don't need to. |

Why do you friends have to think the same way as you?
I don't understand that as a concept tbh.

My current friends do not have to think the same as I do on every subject but we have multi faceted relationships and histories built on past experiences together. Someone new has none of that with me so I look for people who share similar beliefs and values when starting a relationship, that is surely the norm. |

Politics is rarely an initial conversation subject though.
Many of my close friends i have no idea what thier political leanings are now i think about it.
You say politics is important to you but then don't want ro know somone who doesnt share your political _iews.
That kinda says to me that politics isnt important to you, ideology is important to you.
As politics is about differnce, if everyone agreed there would be no politics |

I'm a sapiosexual. My mind needs stimulating and if it's negatively, I just can't bonk.
You don't need a major political debate with a meet to sus out their leanings. No place for bigots in my bed. |

Some of the most interesting people in bed have turned out to be boring out of bed.
Sex meetings are just that. It's about the sex. After all when 3 or more of you have done the most intimate things that humans can do together everything else is irrelevant. |

I need a certain amount of intellectual stimulation to find someone attractive and as I'm educated and pretty left wing I don't find pp who don't think about the world or share similar values to me interesting or attractive.
I once had a social meet who described travellers as ' gyppos'. Told me everything I needed to know about him and it never went any further...

Not sure politics would come into initial discussions as others have said and to be honest if it did crop up and was fairly mainstream opposing _iews e.g. Tory vs Labour then I don't think it would bother me.
If however the other person had fairly radical or extremist _iews (e.g. racist, homophobic etc) then it'd be a no from me.

How can you have intellectual stimulation in an echo chamber of your own beliefs?
Sadly though this is a _iew point that is sweeping our universities, if it's not the same _iew as the majority it should be banned or censored or scilenced.
Gone are the days when people embraced differnce and saught to engage with those who thought differntly so that they may learn and share different perspectives

Happy to discuss politics or any other subject for that matter with my vanilla friends as we can have a reasoned debate without resorting to insults.....when we play at the club, the last thing on my mind is how someone voted and I wouldn't care anyway...everyone is free to choose for themselves and I respect their choice for their reasons. |
