i think Gove know's he wont win and is only standing to try and reduce the leave vote for Boris..

yes, it will be interesting,
Many will tune into the 11am speech of Boris
for me just now it is Theresa May or Dr. Fox, this may change after 11am but thate my view just now
who ever it is, as long as they have a strong presence, Gove comes across as a wimp, exact same as Labours wimp - Miliband

maybe he is doing the damage to Boris as May has already said a leave campaigner will be leading the talks if she wins and she doesn't like Boris..
