Coward.

Watch Farage on Sunday with LK and see how he sidelines questions regarding Musk's opinions on X.

Yet Farage looked shocked when LK read Musk's opinion on Jess Philips, but still he couldn't bring himself to condemn anything Musk states.

You've written a statement, a personal opinion, not a question.

How would you like others to respond?

Farage has been very clear that he doesn’t necessarily agree with everything Musk has said or says.

I don’t know what more he could say

he sounded as clear as mud this morning when lightly questioned by LK ... he admitted that president musk (the r@pist in chief's personal bank roller) is his 'hero'

not sure what more can be said

When you listen to something without so much bias it can give a very different outlook.

Farage has been very clear since Musk started the Tommy Robinson and Starmer grooming gangs rants, he doesn't always agree with him. Was that message clear enough? It was for Musk who is now calling for Farage to be replaced as leader of Reform....

Musk is going to far not only here but in the US, and he will need to be either benched for a while, or let go. If he is let go I think we will see a very gloomy outlook for Musk over the next 4 years.

I think "at the moment" is all it is going to be. He has stepped over the line and people are distancing themselves from him.

Musk has been making political comments like these for a long time. Only now people are discussing his tweets seriously because of what happened in the US elections and the fear of power he could wield over other countries. If I open Reddit, every national subreddit is full of discussions about Musk's tweet. Give me a break ffs.

Not just the U.K. He seems to be trying to fan the flames of unrest in other European countries too.

The only beneficiary of what he is doing will be Vladimir Putin who would give anything to see European cohesion and familiarity disrupted.

This is the man who, in pique at his offer of non-expert help being declined, disgracefully slandered one of the leaders of the cave rescue volunteers who, against all the odds, saved all the stranded pupils in Thailand.

Like Trump, he shoots from the hip, spends far too much time posting on social media and never allows a lack of knowledge on a topic to moderate his outbursts.

Why are we surprised musk would take the side of Tommy Robinson over farage.. and then call for Farages ouster as reform leader

It’s got to the point where musk is using both his money and his social media platform to say he is right and everything and everyone else is wrong!

Someone needs to explain to musk that Tommy is in solitary for his own good! He would not last 2 minutes out in general population!

Remember musk is the person who said that anyone who voted against Matt Gaetz as head of DOJ would be met with a personally funded challenger at the midterms

It's very clear to me that Musk intends and is actively shaping worldwide global politics to his own taste and whim.

.

And it's also clear to me that if Musk feels Farage is not the best leader for Reform, but that T Robinson is, that signals to me the real direction Musk wishes to nudge global politics, since TR is at the ultra right end of the scale.

Musk is leveraging his money and power into political influence, just like almost every super rich person has ever done. George Soros and Bill Gates for example have spent many billions on their favoured causes. Or read about the vast amounts poured into BLM groups, much of which appears to have been embezzled or wasted.

The only difference I see with Musk is that he's much more open than most, and he supports causes which the political left opposes.

It's unpleasant to contemplate the likes of these having influence on the wellbeing of society . Will it push Farage to leave the leadership earlier? I guess if the right money is forthcoming, it can buy almost anything

If anything, Farage will benefit from putting distance between Reform and Musk if EM is embracing genuine extremists like Tommy Robinson. Reform are already attracting major donors so his money won't be such a huge loss either.

To be acceptable to President Musk and his assistant, Trump, it is ESSENTIAL that you agree with every sylable of every word they say. Especially when it is controversial and blatantly stupid. So dear Nigel is already on a loser.

In the same way that Tommy Robinson offered a range of off the cuff opinions in social media and was regularly tweeting calling Islam a mental health issue, sharing videos of disorder and encouraging people to join future demonstrations ? One tweet said: "get there and show your support. People need to rise up."

.

I can't see that have any impact on our democratic process or social fabric either. Clearly the riots were just fake news.

It is quite the eye opener reading the worry caused by Musk's tweets.

Do the same people have the same worries when others tweet nasty things about our government, or is it just Musk that captivates his audience so well?

He is bringing nothing to the table of any substance that can alter or change the political landscape of the UK, but he has ruffled the feathers of the left wing so easily...

That's an incredibly naive or wilfully disingenuous way to look at it.

And the last time I checked, the political arena in the UK was made up of all manner of parties, so it's not just the "far left" that are impacted but every party of every persuasion and colour.

All parties should be concerned, regardless of their rosette's colour.

Musk's interventions in global politics transcend party lines because whilst they may have a political dimension, they also have a human one and we ignore that at our peril.

I think regardless of how many and whose feathers he has ruffled which isn't only on one side it's the ease at which some take in anything that has a hook towards someone they don't like and triggers them..

And as we've seen brings out the thuggery in some whereby they attack the police, endanger lives and trash peoples property..

He hasn’t got that reach, as much as he would like to think he has. This is why he is trying to court Reform, but that blew up in his face.

He has nothing to lose as long as division is sewn, Starmer should have continued to ignore him but got sucked in by the press again

Musk is a friend of Tommy Robinson (Yaxley Lennon) or wherever he is calling himself these days. Nigel had made it clear that Robinson is not welcome to join Reform, and that he doesn’t support him.
