Poor chap was only trying to make a point. He only hates the police for a speeding fine. He probably really likes imagrants.
Prison will make him bitter and twisted and he'll come out like a Batman villian.

He behaved like a total knobhead.
However this is just another example of the two tier justice system.
A knobhead who just shouts a bit but doesn't physically harm anyone gets 2 years.
Another knobhead who chucks a milkshake in Farage's face gets a suspended sentence.

If you can get two years for just thrusting your hips towards police officers, then, using the same scale, punching two female officers, breaking the nose of one of them, must get a decade in prison, surely?

Spencer "could be seen acting in an aggressive manner" as part of a large group of people who were standing in front of police officers and throwing bricks.
Spencer was also seen "punching a police vehicle several times and picking up and throwing wheelie bins" at officers, police said.
Merseyside Police said its officers were later called to hospital after injured Spencer racially abused another patient while he was receiving treatment for his head injury.
A police spokesperson said the "officers recognised him from the viral social media footage" and he was arrested. He had 12 previous convictions. He was also under a community order. |
