I think Biden is throwing his dummy out the pram for losing the election. Seems he's going for max destruction before his time is up. To me it shows how my much that administration wants a world war. There is no reason to allow Ukraine to fire us weapons into Russia. These morons in power should really stop poking putin like this. |

And just let Putin stroll in countries and annexe parts of them until he’s re-established the USSR? There should have been more quantifiable support for Ukraine from the start so they could defend their internationally recognised sovereignty, instead of all this well wishing and “condemnation” but no real action against the aggressor.

WW3 might be a good idea in the long run. A nuclear winter would cool things down a bit re:global warming, world population getting a bit high so a bit of a reduction could be beneficial and finally it might give the cockroaches the opportunity they have always been waiting for to take over. |

History had shown that appeasement is never a viable option. Putin has invaded Ukraine and now has North Korean troops involved. Putin's mindset is still entrenched in the Cold War ethos and as such should be treated in such a manner, showing weakness will only give him the green light to carry on his attacks on Ukraine. |

My thoughts exactly. There is no way that Biden would have given the go ahead without the incoming administration agreeing to it.
At the moment, Russia has 10,000 North Korean troops fighting for them. There are another 100,000 on the way as well. The only way for Ukraine to deal with this is from long range. The reality is, those 100,000 troops and there supply and logistics need to be dealt with before they get anywhere near to the front lines.
Because the outgoing and incoming USA presidents would have discussed this, it could bode well for future USA support for Ukraine. It now needs needs Germany to get off it's arse and supply Ukraine with long range weapons as well. |
