"Trump is great. Will be an amazing President. Let’s see how the US economy does compared to the UK/EU economies over the next four years." His choices for government are at best mediocre. The depressing thing is that MAGA will be around for at least the next 12+ years, due to The Supreme Court & how embedded MAGA is. Looks like he will tear up Biden's Inflation Reduction Act, which will cut funding to clean energy research & development, & manufacture in The USA; watch China gain more speed ahead of The USA in clean energy (which is the tech of the future)...Trump is championing 19th energy in the 21st century; USA will be left behind in clean & future tech as a result

What's wrong with that? Milei is doing a fairly good job bringing Argentina slowly back in track after the socialists fucked the country.

"Why do people get so worried? He never started the war like every other president" If he does the things he says he is going to do, then it will impact me. Simple. Also, I used to be a very regular visitor to the US, and lived there for several years, and the atmosphere there now (open animosity towards immigrants and certain races), has become poisonous.

Elsewhere I read United States ranks last in overall health system performance in 2024 The U.S. has the lowest life expectancy at birth, the highest death rates for avoidable or treatable conditions, the highest maternal and infant mortality, and among the highest suicide rates. The U.S. has the highest rate of people with multiple chronic conditions and an obesity rate nearly twice the OECD average. Citizens in bad shape hence the higher death rates.

"Why do people get so worried? He never started the war like every other president" Totally agree. He was the first President to visit North Korea (Rocket Man). That completely calmed down after. The democrats would have bombed them. I still don’t think the Ukraine war would have started on his watch. The democrats are the party of War, Disorder and identity politics.

Death per capita in the US is slightly above some European countries and below a few European countries. In such a sparsely populated country, he could have kept deaths substantially lower. Look at Australia for example. Not a trump supporter, but I disagree USA is the most obese country on the globe (41.9% record obesity at time of pandemic) and 71% are overweight, highest inequality and extreme poverty. " Those are factors for why people were at risk. But the lack of control was the biggest factor. I think you’ll find that the Australian population are not 100 per cent young fit and healthy. But they shut the borders and quarantined arrivals (nationals returning home) very effectively, keeping the spread down

Did the 600,000 people die because of him?...are you familiar with the phrase "the buck stops here"...? Refusing to wear a mask. It will be gone by easter. It will be gone when the weather gets warmer. Hydroxichloroquin. Inject disinfectant Holding superspreader rallies. Do you think they died because of him...? If you say that 600,000 people were killed by him, what you really mean is that 0 people would have died if someone else was president. We both know it wasn't true. And the biggest get-together which happened around Covid was probably the BLM protests. Is it fair to say BLM killed thousands of people?...but they weren't the president...do you see the difference..?.how many took covid advice from members of blm...? They took advice from blm to go into the streets in thousands. Shouldn't blm be responsible for so many deaths?...again...blm wasn't president...they were just a bunch of people protesting a cop murdering a black guy on live tv So anyone other than the president can get people together during a pandemic and somehow they are magically absolved of all responsibility? Looks more like you are trying to set different standards for different people based on your political views....false equivalency...he was the president...name a few blm "leaders"... I can't.. Blm as an organisation can take responsibility. If COVID happens again and kemi who isn't a president says that all people should go out in groups, would you say it's fine?...they're not an organisation...trump was the president ffs...people (sadly) listened to him ,and died as a result. It's a simple question. Is it a good or bad idea to bring people in masses together during covid?...absolutely not...yet the sitting president of the United States continued to hold superspreader rallies against all medical advice. If that's the case, do you admit that what blm did was a mistake and were responsible for numerous deaths?...absolutely...anyone who held mass gatherings or didn't follow medical advice is responsible....don't you agree? Yes I agree. As long as you set same standards for everyone, I am fine with it. The 600,000 number was an exaggeration anyway. ...well they died under his watch... Over a hundred thousand people died most European countries. Are the leaders at that time responsible for all these deaths? I don't think that's how causality works....it is if you don't advocate for scientific precautions, and actively promote baseless theories That's quite a jump in ocnclusion without any rational chain of reasoning. Hundreds of thousands of people died of COVID in European countries. Are the political leaders around that time responsible for those deaths?...didn't you read what I said?... I read and it didn't make any sense...ok.. As the leader of the country, he wouldn't wear a mask...the science said it helped prevent the spread He advanced particular drugs that had not been even tested on the virus. He held rallies indoors even though he was told it was dangerous... He played down the danger of the virus, even though he told Bob Woodward that it was airborne and extremely dangerous..do you want more? He didn't wear mask doesn't mean rest of the country should follow him. I thought the West has moved on from that kind of politics. Others are reasonable points. But none of that proves he killed 600,000 people. " ...he's the leader...lead by example mabye..?

He played down the danger of the virus, even though he told Bob Woodward that it was airborne and extremely dangerous..do you want more? but masks didn’t stop covid and the danger of the virus was exaggerated Masks did help, and no, dangers weren’t exaggerated. Try explaining the exaggeration to people who died from it. no they didn’t wach the covid enquiry in the USA the two meter rule was pathetic aswell " Well maybe we will get it better next time What has BLM "Black Life's Matter" got anything to do with this? Please explain

"Why do people get so worried? He never started the war like every other president ..he didn't need to...he killed 600,000 Americans and wrecked the economy...who needs a war 600,000? When?....I see you've an oan watcher That was an honest question. Saying that he killed 600,000 Americans is quite a statement. Do you have a source for this information? It would be roughly the number of excess deaths due to COVID because of the Trump administration response… or lack thereof If Democrats were ruling at that time, the numbers would have been 600,000 lower? I would love to see the calculations done there. It was numbers done by two independent government agencies… the CDC (centre for disease control) and the NIH (national institute for health) " Impossible. I did a Google search. US total Covid death toll reached 600,000 in June 2021. That's 5 months after Biden took over. Even if you could prove that the democrats would have ensured 0 covid deaths, it's very far from "roughly the number of excess deaths due to COVID because of the Trump administration response"

When?....I see you've an oan watcher That was an honest question. Saying that he killed 600,000 Americans is quite a statement. Do you have a source for this information?...he mishandled the pandemic..600,000 Americans died on his watch...didn't you know? That happened in every country. Death per capita in the US is slightly above some European countries and below a few European countries. ...he mishandled covid...a lot of people died needlessly...don't you agree? "Why do people get so worried? He never started the war like every other president ..he didn't need to...he killed 600,000 Americans and wrecked the economy...who needs a war 600,000? When?....I see you've an oan watcher That was an honest question. Saying that he killed 600,000 Americans is quite a statement. Do you have a source for this information? It would be roughly the number of excess deaths due to COVID because of the Trump administration response… or lack thereof If Democrats were ruling at that time, the numbers would have been 600,000 lower? I would love to see the calculations done there. I can’t see where anyone posted that deaths would have been 600,000 lower under dems. The whole argument started because someone said Trump killed 600,000 Americans. If he is the cause of all the deaths, then a different political party ruling must have resulted in those deaths not happening. That's how causality works. If that's not the case, Trump didn't kill them all....and there we have it..."trump didn't kill them all "...hahaha " He cost lives.

None of the points are subjective. There are a very small selection of examples. The other chap said he was unaware of the things that happened under the Trump presidency and wanted some examples.
