"To get a third of his sentence

Ah, why did he keep saying he was innocent then? "

He needed his supporters to fund his legal case because he was going to plead not guilty and fight the system.

It seems his hotel bill was higher than he thought and there wasn’t enough left in the kitty.

He broke the injunction a few times, so the had to plead guilty.

He was sued for a hundred thousand and an injunction was put in place which he broke claiming he had been silenced.

He then showed the film to his followers at a rally and fled the country the next day.

So yes he is guilty of breaking the injunction, he still faces charges under the terror act, an act sold to us as a protection, which are now being used against us.

So many questions here… just wondering how many of the Tommy “freedom fighters “ will answer them ( I am being facetious)

1) do you really need a legal defence fund if you are going to make a deal and plead guilty?

2) if you are going to try to get the “pleading guilty at the first available opportunity” discount… would that have not been at the court date you decided to skip and flee the country?

3) if you are offered 4 months off the sentence if you take the offending material off all your social media… don’t you just do it?

You don’t get time off for good behaviour if you don’t show any remorse or contriction…

He was going to lose and so will only serve half of that, going to trial would have added another 6 months to his sentence.

He will be out in 8 months this way 👍

Possibly, there is a slight issue with that.

They were paid and subsequently broke NDAs. Easy pickings I would've thought.

Apart from the fact that the council would have to admit those things.

I watched it, no idea if they was telling the truth or it was a pack of lies but why was the head teacher forced to sign a nda to keep his pension and another school worker told the same, I think they said something like £200 plus thousand was paid out for them to stay silent

and apperantly his reason for releasing the video were to do right by the 5 school kids whos lives are now ruined and tarnished by the results of the court hearing, he said he struggled to keep quiet knowing he had the documentary ready for uk release providing all the evidence to clear the kids names even if it meant him getting jail

All this 'evidence' in his favour against him losing the libel case must be in the hands of his lawyers surely?

Or are there other reasons he's not appealed using it?

"He is guilty of breaking the injunction, he would've been stupid to plead not guilty to that charge.

Anyone gonna attempt to answer scrums questions?

I can’t answer that question because I haven’t seen said video. However I presume that the court has.

Tbh, why would anyone need to watch it, it’s obviously full of lies and is libellous

I watched it, no idea if they was telling the truth or it was a pack of lies but why was the head teacher forced to sign a nda to keep his pension and another school worker told the same, I think they said something like £200 plus thousand was paid out for them to stay silent

Did they state that in court?no but did on a wire recording along side other teachers from the school and 5 students as witnesses explaining how many incidents including a stabbing they had been with the syrian boy at the school showing how he werent innocent but trial with no jury said they were all lying and found him guilty 🤷and apperantly his reason for releasing the video were to do right by the 5 school kids whos lives are now ruined and tarnished by the results of the court hearing, he said he struggled to keep quiet knowing he had the documentary ready for uk release providing all the evidence to clear the kids names even if it meant him getting jail

There was no ‘evidence’ it was bull shit and lies, hence why he pleaded guilty and is now in prison he pleaded guilty for breaching the terms of court not for making the video

So he knew the video was libellous, untrue and the fool still showed it, is he ignorant or a moron?

not sure how you got to that conclusion from what i said, id try again 👍

It’s simple, he was banned from showing the video, he apparently knew that if he did it again he would be in contempt, so the moron showed it again , now he is in prison , yep thats what i said, that isnt what u said above 😂"

Ah, I just clarified it, I feel a bit sorry for Stephen, he is obviously a bit thick and being used

Having never watched it you clearly have no idea.

And then you continue to peddle lies about him, knowing its really easy to find the truth.

I'll help you out here though as it seems you struggle to read.

He pleaded guilty to contempt, rightfully.

He did not plead guilty to lying in his film.

It’s simple, he was banned from showing the video, he apparently knew that if he did it again he would be in contempt, so the moron showed it again , now he is in prison , yep thats what i said, that isnt what u said above 😂

Ah, I just clarified it, I feel a bit sorry for Stephen, he is obviously a bit thick and being used some people just have a backbone and stand for what they know/beleive to be right and would rather do a bit of jail than live with the regret

He will be crying in prison again , clever people don’t go to prison for contempt, he is a moron maybe he is but i have respect for him for standing up for somebody elses kid getting jailed for it and its not even his own child most parents wouldnt have the spine to do it for there own blood let alone someone elses

By bullying and libelling another child? Do these other children have parents?

yeah his dad is called jihad 😂sounds a lovely fella

That makes no sense, hopefully Stephen has learnt his lesson , next time he showed that video it will be 5 years "

Don't think it would bother him. The bigger martyr he appears, the more donations will keep flowing.

Having never watched it you clearly have no idea.

And then you continue to peddle lies about him, knowing its really easy to find the truth.

I'll help you out here though as it seems you struggle to read.

He pleaded guilty to contempt, rightfully.

He did not plead guilty to lying in his film.

Why do I need to watch it, a court of law has found it libellous , that is good enough for me "

It's amazing but people can gave totally different opinions watching the same video..

"All this 'evidence' in his favour against him losing the libel case must be in the hands of his lawyers surely?

Or are there other reasons he's not appealed using it?

no idea but he were refused a trial by jury and whatevwr reason judge deemed his witnesses as liars 🤷hence the compensation awarded to jamal and his father jihad, i do remember somewhere saying the only way the minors could be used as evidence were if they were publicly named, not sure if thats a thing but seems it werent for the bulger boys?? "

A) this was a civil case originally rather than the bulger case which was a criminal case

B) the bulger killers were only named after the case had finished.. and only after the court lifted the normal restrictions of not naming under 18’s because apparently half of Liverpool already knew the names and the judge ruled there was no way to reasonably hide their names

Why do I need to watch it, a court of law has found it libellous , that is good enough for me

All your telling me is you don't have your own mind.

I have my own mind, but I believe the opinion of law professional and judges over a career criminal and racist. What about you? Who do you believe

I prefer to lookalike what's available and make my own mind up.

I see, were you at the first court case? Did you see all the evidence presented to the judge

I have read the judgement and watched the subsequent film.

You don't actually need to be in a UK court to know what happened.

You read through all the evidence, fair play to you,

Try it mate, it might open your mind to views other than just accepting what you're told.

I probably shouldn't expect anything else, mind.

Nah, I have a life, I will leave it to the professionals, so what is it about a habitual criminal, founder member of the EDL and known liar that you find so trustworthy ? "

Who said I found him trustworthy?

"He is guilty of breaking the injunction, he would've been stupid to plead not guilty to that charge.

Anyone gonna attempt to answer scrums questions?

I can’t answer that question because I haven’t seen said video. However I presume that the court has.

Tbh, why would anyone need to watch it, it’s obviously full of lies and is libellous

Having never watched it you clearly have no idea.

And then you continue to peddle lies about him, knowing its really easy to find the truth.

I'll help you out here though as it seems you struggle to read.

"Your entitled to yr opinion fantastic lol"

The evidence of his criminal act of breaking a court order is on his own website and, when sentenced, he refused to take it down. It is not a matter of opinion. It is a matter of Fact. There is a difference.

Anyone attempting to answer that question would be guessing. Here's mine...

Either -

It was pleaser to go bankrupt

Or -

He had no grounds for appeal.

Look for the grounds on civil cases.

He pleaded guilty to contempt, rightfully.

He did not plead guilty to lying in his film.

Why do I need to watch it, a court of law has found it libellous , that is good enough for me

"a court of law" found the Guildford four and the Birmingham six guilty, among many other miscarriages of justice through out the years.

Belive everything you hear, read, or have been feed by MSM? without actually looking into it???

No need to reply, I already know the answer

Any reason to believe this case is also a miscarriage of justice?

Did I say it was? "

I don't know, that's why I asked.

Tommy probably pleaded guilty

due to what he could have faced if he didn't.

I did something a few years ago n was told if I pleaded not guilty I was looking at 10 years if found guilty, but if I pleaded guilty I would get about 18 months n out within a year n that was about 15 years ago before all this letting 1,000's out early for major crimes, so I chose the guilty option.

Plus it looked like the government wanted him locked up no matter what so he would have had one hell of a fight on his hands pleading not guilty

Our Tommy had no choice, none at all but to plead guilty, as he had repeated the claims that are libel, several times, and that his video has not been taken down as ordered.

One reaps what one sows.

It’s simple, he was banned from showing the video, he apparently knew that if he did it again he would be in contempt, so the moron showed it again , now he is in prison , yep thats what i said, that isnt what u said above 😂

Ah, I just clarified it, I feel a bit sorry for Stephen, he is obviously a bit thick and being used some people just have a backbone and stand for what they know/beleive to be right and would rather do a bit of jail than live with the regret

He will be crying in prison again , clever people don’t go to prison for contempt, he is a moron maybe he is but i have respect for him for standing up for somebody elses kid getting jailed for it and its not even his own child most parents wouldnt have the spine to do it for there own blood let alone someone elses "

and he got the grooming gangs onto the news hats of to him for that he stood for what he believed when police social services had there heads in the sand

Let me get this right you committed a crime where the tariff if found guilty was 10 years but if you were to plead guilty you would only serve 18 months and be out in under 12 months.

The highest reduction for a guilty plea is one third on the first appearance dropping to a quarter at any subsequent appearances.

In the case of contempt of court the maximum sentence is actually 2 years.. so the agreement for him to get 18 months didn’t really save him a lot of time

The amount of excuses people are giving him for pleading guilty is astounding

He did what he did.. no remorse, no contrition.. and though he was above the court
