algorithms lead to echo chambers. Don’t be lazy, curate your own news sources using your intelligence and desire for a rounded well informed non-partisan world view…
Or just check your phone each morning |

As my Media and Law Professor was always apt to say.
'Read widely. Read wisely'.
I read in the news that he became an MBE.
There is news for the Credulous - the Trumpies fit well here.
There is news for the nihilist - the ones that want the fabric of society torn down, simply because they can find no meaning for themselves.
There is news for the conspirator - Everything is a deep-state plot.
There is news for the sceptic - these are people that sit side-saddle and are ready to jump in any direction of belief at a moment's notice. BTW, there is no such thing as a 'healthy sceptic', their nerves are always rattling, and they constantly find themselves running in two directions at once.
There is news for the narcissistic - these are the ones that believe the news is only about them, their lives, they can't see the news that involves others.
Which are you?
A clever reader of news will read from all of them.
Finally. If you need your news 'curated', then you really are being lazy about how you get your news.
BTW. there are many missing news sources in your list. Some fundamental. |
