Ricky Jones, a Dartford Borough councillor, appeared in a video circulated online saying “we need to cut all their throats and get rid of them all” at a counter-demonstration to recent riots.
A Labour party spokesperson said: “This behaviour is completely unacceptable and it will not be tolerated. The councillor has been suspended from the party.”

He was clearly at a large gathering and addressing everyone loudly through a microphone that throats needed to be slit. Theres no way from the footage that you can argue it was a private conversation or that he was joking or being facitious.
It begs the question doesn't it? The kind of utter wankers that are getting voted in these days. He would certainly be in for a huge shock if he tried, that would get the army out. |

Well the law isn't always black and white and really depends on the situation and the decisions made by the police at the time.
I can assure you I have a lot more experience in police procedure and law than you do.
Try doing some resarch most law is out there is the public domain instead of making blankent comments and asking stupid questions on here.

Well tommy has just released a video and is very upset that these riots had nothing to do with him and they have ruined his holiday for him and his kids.
Despite him making daily videos giving specific targets and specific dates (but obviously said no violence should be taken
Lee Anderson saying these riots are no big deal and just a few lads who had to many and got into a bit of a d*unken scuffle and we all made mistakes when we were young.
Farage making a video and has stopped using the term illegal immigrants and calling them migrants (obviously legal advice) and throwing tommy under the bus.
It's funny watching these right wing figures trying deflect any kind of responsibility.

I wonder if they know about the new EU ETIAS visa system starting next year. It's going to reject visa applications for EU travel from those with criminal convictions for violence or civil disobedience. Looks like some people's annual trips to Benidorm or Ayia Napa may be a bit screwed in the future. What a shame!  |

This isn't just a simple case of threats to kill. He has been charged with encouraging a crime, murder.
If a person is found guilty of encouraging a crime the sentence will be in the range of the crime they encouraged. Not manslaughter in this case...murder.
It's bloody serious for him that's for sure, and it's going to be very hard to plead insanity. |
