I knew he’d inherited a shit show but that’s some drop (16%) for only a few weeks into the new job. 😬

What do people think is the main contributor for such a drop? And what does he need to do to turn it around in 5 years? I worry that Labour can’t be a broad church any more, appeasing one voting block will piss off another.

Should improve now they’ve found an extra £30M to provide protection for UK mosques.

Easy to explain. He became Prime Minister. Easier to be popular in opposition promising the Earth but not needing to deliver anything. Once in Govt reality strikes.

Their promises were impossible to begin with. But I definitely did not expect the honeymoon period to be over so soon. It's mostly due to the unexpected riots happening around the country.

I don't think that SKS should suffer in popularity due to riots but guess it goes with the job. Maybe the recent war on pensioners has not helped

That too might have caused it. This level of drop weeks after such a huge electoral victory is surprising.

I don't think it's surprising at all. They ran a campaign in which they insisted that they were the party of stability, and that they wouldn't be raising taxes. Now, less than a month into government, they announce that there isn't enough money and they're going to have to raise taxes. I imagine quite a lot of people are feeling rather let down.

The electorate, are they bloody dense expecting a turn around in the first year let alone the first month?

Hearing on the quiet about protest being planned by the pensioners ... if so, will they be called far right?

They stated they wouldn't be raising certain taxes... I haven't heard any change on that front.

From what I gather it's along the lines of bringing the country to a halt, making extinction rebellion look like amateurs, difference is they will have a lot of support imho as other groups will join in

This "research company" has rock bottom ratings. Struggling to survive. I doubt SKS would care a fuck what invented nonsense they come up with.

Do you believe everything you read on twitter? Talk about gullible.....

Can laugh in a way, but look at the average over 60 now a days, active, still working due to shit pension etc not the typical ones especially with ex forces, construction and biking community who rarely raise an eyebrow in politics, but when you take this away, then give it away ... it don't sit well

There is an expression "it takes one to know one" but I'm sure that doesn't apply in your case. I wonder if you feature in his wank bank, all those sexy photos of yours? I suspect not as his wife is hot. He did well there.

Its more then just the riots why Keir Starmer approval rating gone down. He was one of the least unpopular leaders in opposition so when people install an unpopular leader as Prime Minister it's almost guarantee to cause a backlash the longer his in charge
