They are protected by being diplomatic cars/diplomats.
And it’s just being reported yet again as he/they need money.
The Embassies noted have never payed it and probably never will. Same with parking fines as well bet they don’t pay those either.
Look at how long it’s been going on. It’s years
The question should be why now choose to make a fuss again.
