There is a VAST difference between what parliament investigations find and what the police and courts find.
It would be the same for any job.
Police would actually need evidence of him exposing himself,and physically striking tbe person.
So would any work place before HR took action

Bit difficult at the moment as the Chief Constable of Northamptonshire ( Bones county) is also suspended for falsifying his military history, also the local PCC is under invetigation for a couple of issues. |
