Why do you say this in sussex lots of older property's where installed with caverty wall insulation witch has 30 years later ment warmer homes, But with damp bridging the caverty creating mould and damp homes. That are almost uninhabitable but if you are in such a home you are pretty much trapped there. And have to live in a damp humidity home.

Cold and damp conditions where? Private, council rental? Private owned properties?
