As a country we have lurched from one shade of shitshow to another, turned over one promised silver platter of "sovereign benefits" to find a meagre, rotting mess, before trotting back into the kitchen to check on the status of our latest "oven ready deal." And in the face of all of this lived evidence - it is literally all around us that it was a generationally stupid thing - people are still asking for more evidence.
