Stepping down as an MP to focus on activism?

Correct me if I'm wrong but as we're always told re. EU, isn't it best to have a seat at the table?

She is one of those that cried for the government not printing enough money to help out small businesses immediately hit by corona

Then claimed there should ahve been more safe guards to stop it being taken advantage of.

She wanted immediate payments and no checks ...then she wanted checks and not immediate payments.

She claimed we should have stockpiled ppe.

When she was already informed that sourcing couldn't be done and suppliers from abroad had had our ppe taken from them by their host country.( france)

She wanted testing.

Then claimed testing cost too much.

I could go on and on and on.

Maybe she's had enough.

Hopefully the Green party will put someone else up who can keep their seat at the table and keep a small amount of pressure in Labour/Lib Dems.

Her work as an MP is done, and given the Greens' amazing performance in Brighton in the local elections her legacy there is secure.

Stepping down as an MP will give her far more opportunity to fight climate change by flying to as many international conferences as possible.

If climate change isn't real, what does it matter that fuels are burnt flying around?

not close to this but they dont feel completely contradictory. Maybe a challenge.

View: we need to support business that needed support without being taken for a free ride by dodgy ones.

View: we should have stockpiled and in the UK to avoid sourcing issues under pressure

View: we should do testing but in a way that manages cost.

Not easy to balance. Views that need some detail to support. But not u turns.

MP in title, activist at heart. JSO, XR taking the activists 10 levels higher makes the Green Party look sedate.

Another win for the paint throwing vandals

Climate change is real; the problem is we are not, as the human race, ever going to do enough to slow or stop it so we are, by default signing our own death certificate.

And for those contemplating the future, the climate won't kill us; we will kill each other seeking to take viable land from others when climate makes our home land impracticable for survival. So fly away, enjoy life while you can!

Maybe she did, I have no idea. Can you prove it? Quotes from a reputable source? Remember, according to you unless you can prove it then it didn’t happen. I’m not saying it didn’t but let’s see the proof!

Are you denying that climate change is real?

Why have the good people of Brighton turned on the Greens? Have they become your fellow climate change deniers?

You'll notice my use of "if" and my use of a question mark, this denotes a question, not a statement.
