After being arrested and questioned for 11 hours he was "for the moment" released.
Police are still present in their home this morning continuing to remove reports and paperwork.
Nicola Sturgeon has cancelled tonight's environmental meeting.

Independence in 5 years? Not everyone wants independence but good to see Humza has already decided that’s what the people want. He’ll be lucky to still be in charge in 5 years. It’s a cursed position. |

All three candidates were asked where Scotland will be in 5 years time?
All three individually stated that Scotland would be an independent county in 5 years.
Going by that statement they would have to hold a referendum right now. |

It is the raison d'etre of the SNP to seek independence so All SNP candidates will do it, just like Labour sings the Red Flag.
Hopefully, should we have another referendum, the people of Scotland will think long and hard about the real life implications of Independence and vote with their heads to stay rather their guts to go.
Contrary to what the SNP say the UK Parliament in Westminister does not hate Scotland. In addition the English, Welsh and Northern Irish do not hate the Scottish people, in fact they actually like and admire them.
The only Scottish thing that is universally disliked south of the border is the SNP, which continues to create divisionary propaganda, promulgate racist feelings and raise untrue accusations of bias against the rest of the Union. |

I've never heard anyone from the SNP say anyone from Westminster or any part of the UK hates us. In fact I've heard members of the SNP say on countless occasions Scottish independence is not about hating England or the English. |

Precisely my point, until anything is found then there's only speculation, conjecture, opinions and views.
Let's wait until the police enquiry is over before judging, remember no one has been charged with anything yet.
It's not as if a political benefactor redecorated their house on anything is it? |

This has the potential to erode away some of the voters that would support and vote for independence in the event of IndyRef 2 ever happening. Meaning the SNP independence goal is now even harder to achieve.
