Reports that a Russian missile has struck Poland and at least one person is dead.
Reports are sketchy if this was a targeted strike or a stray missile. Either way this is serioùs, Poland is a NATO country and according to NATO rules all member countries would respond to any threat to a member.

Literally just read about this!!
Emergency meeting at 2000 tonight to ascertain the legitimacy of the strike….they believe it was a stray missile intended for Lviv….either way this is a dangerous moment for all involved…including NATO!!

Mate. Don't you think the great people of this country have enough worries at the moment what with the cost of living. Energy. Fuel. A hard budget just round the corner. Stop trying to frighten people any more then necessary with your scare tactics. There's a good boy. |

It is very much looking like it was a rogue missile rather than a deliberate attack and even the Polish government are saying this although they are admitting details are currently sketchy. |

Biden saying it wasn't fired by Russia
So either it was fired by Russia or
It was fired by pro Russian separatists in the East
OR it was fired by Ukraine
Then was it fired deliberately or not.
It's serious if it was deliberately fired by Russia but also if it was fired by Ukraine to draw NATO into the war.
Guess we'll have to wait and see...

Zelensky has been agitating for World War 3 from the start.
No shortage of gullible fools in the West who are prepared to support him from their armchairs.
Anyone with a Ukraine flag flying outside their house or workplace should be the first to be conscripted. |

While the pics looks horrible and 2 deaths are tragic this doesn't mean NATO is going to put itself into direct conflict with Russia.
Honestly, try not to let tabloids or news warp your perception of reality. Just yesterday wages were rising faster than they ever have and we all know that's rubbish! |

Especially as it's increasingly looking like it was actually a Ukrainian missile. |

So is Poland now under attack by Ukraine? Will NATO respond to this act of aggression?
Apparently Sunak says it's Russia's fault, even if Ukraine fired the missile. |

Not sure what you're smoking. Pretty sure the West has been desperate to not blame Russia for the missile as they don't want WW3. |

When you use the word apparently apparently from who?
Nothing has been ruled out however even Poland are saying they are prepared to accept this was a mistake or accident. |

Hmmm possibly because they don't want to let Russia & Putin get away with annexing more & more territory? Is that really hard to figure out? |

Well Ukraine and the EU/West have done pretty well at achieving that goal so far.
I guess it was time to change tack and try something else. Just pour guns and money into one of the most corrupt countries on earth to get them to fight a proxy war and see what happens.
Interesting how the Left are always such massive warmongers. |

This stinks of a failed false flag op by Ukraine to bring in nato ground forces, especially as the winter is approaching and a large part of their army isn't equipped for winter warfare,or want to stay at the front during the cold.
When it was believed to be a Russian missle prezzie z was on the news saying Russian aggression ect.
Have the Ukraine used an apology yet.
I am not pro Russian or pro Ukraine I just don't belive the bullshit anymore |

"So is Poland now under attack by Ukraine? Will NATO respond to this act of aggression?
Apparently Sunak says it's Russia's fault, even if Ukraine fired the missile.
Not sure what you're smoking. Pretty sure the West has been desperate to not blame Russia for the missile as they don't want WW3.
If they don't want WW3 why have they been arming Ukraine to the hilt?
Hmmm possibly because they don't want to let Russia & Putin get away with annexing more & more territory? Is that really hard to figure out?
Well Ukraine and the EU/West have done pretty well at achieving that goal so far.
I guess it was time to change tack and try something else. Just pour guns and money into one of the most corrupt countries on earth to get them to fight a proxy war and see what happens.
Interesting how the Left are always such massive warmongers.
There was this chap called Hitler. He loved invading + taking territory. Other countries let him do it for ages. Later on, they wished they stopped him earlier.
Look it up, if you want. The whole history thing my surprise & illuminate you.
Isn't it about time you stopped living in the 1930's?
Shocking suggestion coming up here. We can learn from things that happened in the past. What an idea, eh?
I see, and what have you learnt from Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Libya? F*** all.
But you have plenty of company."
Possibly that invading is a bad idea? But we haven't invaded Ukraine. |

Hypothetical time for Buck.
Your neighbour, a Canadian chap called Mr Poutine nicks a moped from outside your house. You tsk but do nothing.
Next week Mr Poutine nicks the tree by the edge of your garden. And you see him eyeing up your lovely birdbath in your garden!
Luckily your neighbour offers you a stout stick to defend your lovely birdbath if Mr Poutine enters your garden with devious designs.
do you take the stick? Or do you ignore it when Poutine steals your birdbath? |

Since you have such valuable information, isn't it your civic duty to share it in times of crisis?
Not on Fab. That's bloody useless. Consult with governments. It appears that both sides seem to be converging towards greater conflict, and some analysts claim that nuclear risk is higher than it's ever been.

"This stinks of a failed false flag op by Ukraine to bring in nato ground forces, especially as the winter is approaching and a large part of their army isn't equipped for winter warfare,or want to stay at the front during the cold.
When it was believed to be a Russian missle prezzie z was on the news saying Russian aggression ect.
Have the Ukraine used an apology yet.
I am not pro Russian or pro Ukraine I just don't belive the bullshit anymore"
No it really doesn't. We still don't know the facts however it is more likely that it went wayward. Why do you think Ukraine had air defence missiles launched yesterday? Russia may not be directly responsible however they are the reason this happened. |

Let's try another hypothetical. Mr Poutine has a neighbour who he sort of gets along with. Some of Mr Poutines relatives even live in the neighbours garden. Then one day the neighbour is ousted by some other neighbours who don't like him. The neighbours and a very big man further away have various business interests that the former owner wasn't assisting with, and they like his house anyway so why not just take it as they are bigger.
The new "owners" are very corrupt, so corrupt in fact that they are even more corrupt then Mr Poutine, who everybody else thought was the most corrupt person in the world.
They don't like Mr Poutine's family living with them, so treat them like dirt. The family members all want to live with Mr Poutine, and as the new house owners don't particularly care about them or the garden, they appeal to Mr Poutine for help. The new owners have continually annoyed Mr Poutine by targeting his relatives and banging on his door, assisted by all the other neighbours who have no particular reason for disliking Mr Poutine. My Poutine feels he can take it no more and confronts his corrupt neighbours about it. |

Of course. Ukraine is a sunny democracy where the men all work the fields and the women walk around with flowers in their hair.
Putin has at least allowed Ukraine a rebirth. Overnight it has gone from being one of the most corrupt shitholes on the planet to hero state of Western liberals.
Until they get bored and move on of course. |

I kind of did.
It is the Russian line. Ukraine doesn't exist, it's Russia, and we need to free them from their corrupt despotic American overlords and the enemies of gay/Nazis/satanists. When the Ukrainians meet our tanks with roses (actual prediction) we'll move on to restoring what's rightfully ours. The language implies as far west as Finland.
Denying another ethnic group doesn't exist and attempting to force it to be so isn't brotherly love, it's genocide. The atrocities we have evidence for are in line with genocidal activities.
And my argument isn't weakened by Ukraine being bad, America being bad, or either doing bad things. This behaviour is entirely consistent with genocide |

And my argument isn't weakened by Ukraine being bad, America being bad, or either doing bad things. This behaviour is entirely consistent with genocide
And where did I claim that Ukraine doesn't "exist"? "
I didn't say you did. I'm reiterating the Russian line, not what you said exactly.
Brotherly brotherly genocide. |

"Hypothetical time for Buck.
Gosh.
So... you do seem to believe some interesting things about Putin.
If my neighbour claimed that he loved me so much as my brother that he needed to capture my children, attack my women, and leave death camps in his wake, I wouldn't welcome him, I'd try to have him committed.
For my sake and for his apparent other brother Finn (land) he's also told people he loved.
I never expected such an... um... interesting reply from Buck to my hypothetical.

Maybe I should have said I didn't expect Buck to take that line as he's not (as far as I know) stuck in Russia with access to only state media."

"Buck do you support Putin's actions in Ukraine? If so, why?" Here is my thoughts being a American Republican and my husband and I both X military. He follows the news trends. Just like others from both sides. Ukrainian resistance has a huge following. Some of our friends trained Ukraine military forces for that past 8 years. Buck ... The US military which tends to vote conservative. We not giving up on Ukraine. Get your conscription and step up. We are here american and Ukraine flags flying.

Ffs buck….it’s a proxy war just like all the other conflicts of the past 70+ years
Putin had a result with Syria, getting himself a foothold in the Mediterranean, and as nobody faced him off about Crimea, he fought he could keep going….kapisch? So what’s your thinking? That we should just let it roll and watch all our Scandinavian friends go next? Then again you probably think they are all lefty’s so it doesn’t matter! |

Good bye world? You could have the biggest nuclear war ever, and guess what the world will still be there.
Considering this went from Russian missiles landing in Poland, to possible Ukrainian Russian air defence missiles landing in Poland and then just Ukranian air defence missiles landing in Poland. It sounds like western missiles used by Ukraine missed target and dropped back in a pre planned safe drop area like a field, sadly not that well programmed though. |
