"Thoughts and prayers for the Tory members that had to make the difficult decision between a minority and a girl "
Pained them until they remembered that they could use it as a trump card for arguments to come, whatever the outcome. |

Preston, Glasgow, Cheltenham, Leeds, Birmingham and Leicester (but travel all over the UK |
One of them will fuck us through deliberate means, the other through incompetence.
I’m not saying this is the best ever Labour line-up, because it isn’t, but it’s a damn sight better than the tories and I’m sick of this “it’d be worse under Labour!” mantra the idiots have on speed dial. Worse how?
It’s just got so incomprehensibly fucked over the last 5 years. I can’t even keep track of the amount of times they’ve conned us because it’s so exhaustingly frequent. I’m genuinely worried about what the next few years have in store. |

"How long before The Telegraph starts its Bring Back Boris campaign?
Apparently there are already tory plots to oust the new PM by xmas to bring him back."
Won't happen but I'm certain there is plotting. |

Allowing the tory leader to be chosen by the membership of racist, bigoted, extremist wingnuts rather than by the MPs sure has been a disaster for the country, giving us Boris the buffoon and now Thick Lizzie, daddy's disappointment.
Cometh the hour, cometh the numbskull. Thanks, tories, you have utterly screwed this country. Thank goodness, Scotland has a clear exit plan. |

In fairness to the Tories. The wellbeing of British people and of the country isn't on their agenda. So why would they care about "screwing the country"?

What people seem to forget is yes Boris Johnson was made party leader by conservative members but he was also given the biggest majority for decades by the voting public. |

You never know. Ages ago, I thought the prospect of Johnson ever becoming PM was laughable. |

How did that work out for him in the end? I mean how could someone go from a seemingly unassailable 80 seat majority to within two years being forced to resign. Ignominious is the word! |

"Thoughts and prayers for the Tory members that had to make the difficult decision between a minority and a girl "
Liz Truss got 47% of eligible Tory members (or just 0.2% of the people).
Less than the percentage she wants to set for union members voting on strike action.
Democracy in action. |

57% of votes cast, but only 47% of the eligible members voted for her. |

It is still 57% of the voters, just because some never voted has nothing to do with it it’s still 57%

Something neither Truss or Sunak could will do.
Preffered Rishi after dimwit Truss got swept under the carpet by Lavrov, she is clearly not ready to be leadership material. Mind you, Rishi needs some more time under his belt as well. |

I'm still hoping Larry the cat will take over after Truss tanks. |

"But said same about the rest of them con or labour as none of them are any better her and starmer are wooden tops " . The fulfilment of a life time dream. It is a stunning achievement for her and a great result for the general public. We have steered the ship threw rocky waters and can now plough on full steam ahead.

That the MPs gave us those 2 was ridiculous. I wanted a clean break from the current cabinet. Both Truss and Rishi sat on the front bench through all of this.
Just the same as before now. Probably get spat on for owning up to this myself my parents have resigned from the board we sat on for the conservatives pulled our donations and cancelled our membership.
Totally done probably won’t vote next election. |
