"Are there still people out there, who think Boris Johnson is a good prime minister? " . Lots of people do. He was a fantastic success story. Secured a Brexit deal, lead us through the Covid 19 crisis and Ukraine think the world of him . His achievements are one hundred times better than those who sit in the background and just criticise him without offering any alternatives.

He's a born liar and bull shitter.
Liar when journalist, liar when Mayor, liar as a Prime Minister.
His blabbering unrestrained mouth has caused pain and hurt to many, especially Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe.
Is this the standards to set?
The other two short planks, one of which is going to take over are no better. |

Just because it was a resignation does not mean it was voluntary.
Otherwise there wouldn't be a whole section about it in the workplace tribunal laws. |

He was forced to resign by his own party, because he was useless |

Like the achievement of being the first Prime minister to ever be found guilty of breaking the law while in office! |

He resigned so the queen didn't sack him, and that was the inevitable conclusion of him not being able to fill a cabinet |

ABSOLUTELY it was trivial, which is why it's such a poor show, but that ignores the underlying issue.
HE IS A LYING BASTARD!!
Lies about cake and wine, what else is he capable of?
It wasn't the cum stains on Lewinski's dress that finished Clinton off, its was the lies and denials attached to them. |

Many tories miss him.
But a good Confidence Trickster is the one who can leave you with a sense of bliss, even though they’ve taken the shirt off your back.
The Tories surely got to realise they’ve been hustled?

I don't have respect for Boris Johnson, mainly because his lies have been detrimental to the downfall of what I valued so greatly, free movement in the EU.
I do wonder if Johnson was the first of a new kind of PM, one who needs to bulldoze their way through the noise? If a PM doesn't do that, will they drown under the weight of the Media and the internet?
I think this plays into the perceptions of Johnson, as most people try and backpedal under the weight of the noise, he just plodded on, does that approach confuse the twitter brigade and frustrate the media?
Do our politicians need to get tougher? Or will considering every view create an ineffectual or a more rounded, respected PM? |

I'm gonna predict there is at least 1 Johnson supporter. And his name is Hay.
Now to scroll back up the thread...
Yup. Hay still licks the Johnson ring. (Then again, Hay is a blatant troll. So his stated views on here are worthless beyond entertainment.) |

And you can see how bad BJ has become when his arguments amount to investing in one should still invest witjBernie Madoff because look how many millions others have invested.
And look, he delivered some returns sometimes.... |

Interestingly I started a thread a bit like this a while ago. There were some Johnson supporters back then, even if they were outnumbered by those who didn't support him.
Now, it seems Johnson's name is mud. |

Come off it pat..
If he was that successful you would have come on the thread with at least one of your other two profiles..
Admit it, your Luke warm..
Ps, he's now been sacked at least three times for lying.. |

That's an interesting thought. I'm inclined to agree with it.
It certainly explains why Starmer is doing so badly. His barrister training leads him to be calm, and understanding, when he really should be loud and arrogant to get his message out. |

I do think a leader that can manage the noise of a minority, for the good of the majority is the way forward, if the next PM can get it right we can thrive. |
