I really hope she does. The country could do with a good laugh right now.

Im all for it purely for the memes.
She's a joke of a politician.
The current government are the only one in living memory she could ever be anything other than a weird fringe character in.
I saw people saying she was the "Female Boris" earlier, but Boris only got away with the clueless act because of WHO he is and in part because he's a guy. |

The current government are the only one in living memory she could ever be anything other than a weird fringe character in.
I saw people saying she was the "Female Boris" earlier, but Boris only got away with the clueless act because of WHO he is and in part because he's a guy. "
The thing is: Johnson is actually clever. He's a bastard with no morals whatsoever who lies relentlessly. But he's far from stupid.
dorries on the other hand... I worry she'd struggle to put her shoes on correctly unless they were labelled L + R on the soles. |

Exaxtly. The bumbling, harmless act was exactly that, an act. He won over traditional Labour voters by appearing to be "a man of the people" and somehow not an Etonian elite.
Dorries seems of a similar ilk in thaylt she will say anything to gain popularity, she just genuibely doesn't seem understand much of whats been written down for her to say a lot of the time.
When Johnson fluffed his lines he was clever enough to style it out and bluff his way through it. She doesn't understand the lines written for her to begin with it seems, so has nowhere to go when it goes wrong. |
