Of Conservative government and NOTHING in the country is better than it was in 2010. In fact, for ordinary people just about everything is worse.
It almost feels like it has been 12 years of smashing the country to pieces.
Ironically though, not bad news for everyone. There are now close to 200 billionaires here in the U.K. and that number has increased year on year since the early days of the 2010 Conservative intake. By far the largest increase in billionaires was in the year of the pandemic when 24 new billionaires were recorded.
Interestingly - and conversely - over this period of time and tracking the increase in billionaires - the wealth gap between the richest and poorest increased year on year. This year, the wealth gap has never been greater.
The next time someone tells you that the Conservative Government have the interest of ordinary people at heart - you know what to tell them. |
