It was inevitable..
People accused me of a doom sayer in saying gas is going to be used as a weapon. I was wrong with this Spring, but they're going to cause us problems this winter.

It's not just US and UK sanctions. Most if not all of Europe are involved. I was wondering what China intends to do with the oil. If they are going to just store it then that's bad all round. But if they use it for their normal needs then it may mean more oil for the rest of the world as China no longer needs to buy as much from all the other suppliers. Basically it's putting Russian oil back into the global market by the back door. I know this is a very basic way of looking at it and sure there are better people here especially on economics |

What do you mean ?? I thought it was Global Britain flexing its muscles around the world now.
Oh dear we’re not as big and clever as we thought are we.
We do need to be working and allied with others despite the fantasists of empire.
Economic and military association is critical to our wellbeing and security.
China is now very well aware of how much more powerful they are on the world stage.
