I suppose they could give her a verbal warning if that's allowed in this situation. If a fine is given then it does put her in the same position as Boris which does not seem fair when you compare both events

It depends on if she was briefly unmasked or not.

Difficult to know from the video.

A somewhat different point on the trajectory of the pandemic and the strictness of the regulations too.

Has she done so on several occasions and lied about it whilst people were unable to attend funerals of friends and family?

1 incident was in a controlled environment with all work colleagues in a covid tested shared work area. The other was walking into a non controlled environment with strangers and a higher risk of spreading covid. So IMHO little kranky should be shot
