The tactics of Lynton Crosby

The current media offensive by the tories, distracting people with dead cat pronouncements from Boris’s lawbreaking antics, seems to be intense. It seems the that everything now being said is driving to drumming up support because they are extremely worried they are going to lose a massive amount of council seats in the upcoming election.

All this points to is lynton crosby, it seems he is running this campaign.

But the first way of avoiding the trap is by recognising it, and at the moment you can see it so clearly. The number of newspaper lines devoted to the unworkable “Rwanda” distraction.

Just focus one issue, whether the PM and his cadre are fit and proper to lead this country.

If you want donkeys at the top whilst the lions of this nation are facing the biggest cost of living crisis ever. Then don’t be fooled by these antics.

The lions are behind the curtain as kings of the jungle. It is the sheep and the cows that are facing the cost of living crisis. Some monkey say they are “alright jack” and continue cheering the donkeys. But nobody really gets to see the Lions. They won the snakes and the donkeys and prefer the company of cheetahs.

I can't see any amount of distraction tactics will help for the May elections. They are going to have a lot of losses and barely be represented at council level afterwards. Local elections are always a good opportunity to give the government a kicking but I can see this time being even worse. Could also trigger more letters into head office and a leadership contest after the results are known

I think there will more traps being laid in the next few weeks, Tory HQ is constantly in Crisis mode, the sheer desperation to maintain their grip on government is frankly laughable now, they will say anything, do anything to win, instead of doing the one thing, which is listen.

Yes your probably right. I think after the May elections the party need to make a decision on the PM's future one way or the other
